My new-to- me 2011 800 has developed a more and more frequent miss. The miss is similar to a bad soak plug or water in air filter. I did notice a wire that comes up from under the trans had a few small breaks so I taped them up and it seemed to help but now when I rzr and sometimes at random it sputters and misses. It clears up eventually but I’m confused on if the wire is still the issue? Also my gauge doesn’t indicate the gear I’m in sometimes just appears add "—-". :rm_thumbdown:

I have a 2011 rzr800 s I just recently bought I took it riding and everything was fine until I noticed it was around 230 degrees long story short in loosing water but no leaks from weep hole or any lines and no steam from exhaust or water in oil I let it idle for 30+ minutes and no leaks or anything but when I ride its looses water after a couple hours of riding. Any suggestions or common probs with this? Thanks in advance

I’ve got a 2010 rzr i recently bought knowing the front diff needed bearings and seals. The vent hose was off and it was full of mud and water. I replaced bearings and seals and noticed the armature was worn. It didn’t stick to magnet well so I got it resurfaced and it seemed much better. The diff is getting power and magnet is working but still no 4wd. Hilliard clutch is fine. I’m not confident an $87 armature will fix my issue. Did the minor amount of material removed when resurfacing make tolerance too far off? Other ideas?

I was pulling out another RZR when my RZR made a bang and stopped moving I have no L H R or P it free wheels what broke ? I can see my linkage move on the transmission but nothing happens

So I bought 2" wheel spacers for my 2012 RZR 800, What a great inprovement in handling, how many people have replaced the stock wheel studs to a longer lenght stud ? Im running off-set 14" rims. I dont want to cheep out on saftey, but still wondering if its what you need to do to keep the tires rollin ?

i have searched and searched and seem to get different measurements with every search. The measurements I need are the overall width of a 50" 800 with std flares and the overall width of a 50" 800 with ‘800-S’ flares. I would like to stay as close to my tires width as possible because I barely fit down some of my trails with the tire width I have now and if I get flares wider they’ll probably get ripped off but I tire of the major car wash when I get home and need some type of coverage for my 28’s
