i bought my 2012 800 with the stock Walker Evans shocks…what do they compare too? Are they similar to to Phantom pro shocks or King shocks and what’s the life expectancy with normal (not severe) use ? Is the spring set better than the other stock 800’s?

Just thought I would share some pics of the 800xc after my lift and tires on and A-arm forward kit
the mongrels are a true 28" tire, not sure what all the hype was about them running 26". They are mounted on 14×7 4+3 up front and 14×8 4+4 in the rear, the 1" wider rear wheels only makes about 1/8" of height difference
2" wheel spacers on all 4 corners, no rubbing at all. I have about 14" front clearance, 12.5 under the belly and about 11.5" under the rear hitch
I purchased a used 2010 Ranger RZR 800 50" and am currently replacing front end wear parts; bearings , bushings etc.
My question is this; After yanking a few times on drivers side axle , it wouldnt budge, i really didnt pull more than 4 times and it leaked quiet a bit of front diff. fluid, however i think i put more than the required 6.5 0z. in. Are the axle seals that easily compromised ? And also is the weakest point for leaking overflow (to much front fluid), the fill plug.? cause it appears it may be coming from there… Thanks!
I found the wire draining my battery, I removed the neg side. It’s a red and black goes from battery up middle to front but I cant seem to find it under the dash or in front.
With it disconnected it spins over but doesn’t start.
Does anyone know offhand what the is running ?
Help please, I’m in a wheelchair and having a hard time tracing this wire.
Good day guys I have a 2011 rzr 800 50" le and want to put some 27" bighorns on it which actually measure 28" in true height. I have some itp ss 212 wheels for it as well to offset it from the rear engine mount I hope? Lol Anyways am I still going to have to put a lift kit in it for clearance issues on the front floor boards or will I be ok? I haven’t mounted the tires on the Rims yet so haven’t been able to test them. My question is if I do need a lift what’s everyone’s opinion on the Super Atv one vs the Racertech? I’m still new to the polaris world so any input would help greatly. I also looked on Rubber downs site but shows his lift is for 2010 and down in the standard model? One other question would I be able to use my stock axles instead of rhinos for awhile or am I going to have binding issues? Thanks again.
Just introducing Myself…… I bought a 2011 RZR 4 Carbon Limited edition with 72 hrs yesterday after riding a RZR all weekend in the desert. I’m here for research, suggestions since I have never owned a side by side. I also have a YFZ-450 so I have some experience with quads…….
is this a bad idea? Do they crack easy ? During my power steering install I found that the previous owner had wire tied the receptacle for the winch to the bracket I needed for the power steering so I cut it down and installed what I needed to and am left with the receptacle 🙁 where are they usually mounted? It had a real thick gasket wire tied with it and looks to be a surface mount receptacle …hate to just wire tie it back up there because it was a pain to plug into….I’m open to suggestions ….
