I recently purchased a 2010 rzr800 50 inch model. I’m ln the market for a 2-3 inch lift and wheel spacers. Is there any recommendations and any concerns. I saw some ppl complaining about axle binding issue. Is that a concern with my year make model

I have an 08 that shifts a little stiff. The cable seems to be free enough, so im wondering if something can be adjusted in the trans. Thanks

I have a 2011 rzr 800 le and wondering what would be a better route to go? I want to get more ground clearance for going over stumps, trees and ruts etc. I bought it with 26" 589s. I have now upgraded to itp wheels and some 27" bighorns which gained me about 1.5" more clearance. My question is should I do a set of high lifter springs or a racertech 2" lift? My concern is the famous 2011 axle binding issues I read about with other brand lifts. Hoping to get some input so I can get it ordered up. Thanks for any info.

hey guys my first post on here , I m looking at buying a 2010 rzr 800 efi, tequila sunrise edition, it has approx 950 miles on it.Im new to the rzr world but I do own a ranger and sportsman and many years on polaris snowmobiles ..so im looking for advice is this a good machine? any thing to watch out for ? it is owned by a older couple so I don’t think it has seen much abuse. but I know very little about the rzrs so im looking for any and all advice about this thing

So I got my new to me 2011 RZR home the other day. All excited after a couple trouble free rides, I notice some antifreeze coming from the weep hole on the water pump. To my relief, the dealer actually had a seal in stock. So following the great instructions on this site, I removed old seal and began to tap the new seal in, when the black plastic centre piece broke into 5 pieces. I’m trying to figure out what I did wrong. I did not have a 32 mm socket to tap it in, so I used a 1.5 in piece of PVC pipe. I used a dremil to bore the PVC a little, but seamed to fit perfectly around the brass edge. I almost had that sucker all the way on when it broke. What exactly do you use to install the new seal? Also there is not much room to get a hammer in there, any suggestions? What is with the clear plastic cover that comes on the new seal? I cut it off before installation. Was I supposed to leave it on and remove it after I tap it in? Anyways, I have to wait a week for another seal. All help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
