My head pipe (one after the y-pipe) is cracked significantly and they are unavailable from Polaris until at least mid August here in Canada. Plus when I tried to order one I found out the price was over $100! My question is, should I just wait the entire summer to try to get the stock pipe or should I order an entire aftermarket system? I don’t want to buy a fuel controller and I don’t want added noise (a tone change is fine).
Do slip-on systems for these machines replace that pipe all the way back to the y-pipe or just the muffler and mid-pipe?
Hello everyone, i’m putting an aftermarket temp gauge in my 2008 800 and wondering do i need to drain all the engine coolant to install it? i’m putting in a splice in the heater hose about 6" from the water pump (best place?) also what antifreeze do i need to replace it with? thanks everyone!!!!:redrzr:

Hi everyone! first post on the forum but I’ve been on here for a few years getting great info when I needed help. I’m currently looking at a Power Commander V for my 2012 50” but I don’t know what map to run on it. So my question is does anyone know where to find a map or who can create them? I know AutoTune is an option, but thats some serious $$.
My Setup:
2012 50”, 26” tires, EPI clutch kit, snorkel kit (2” pvc pipe), SLP silent muffler, superatv radiator. I still run the factory paper air filter with a dust cover.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, my rzr decided it was going to misfire real bad one day after going through some water.. would barely move in low gear.. I took the cover off behind the seat and the spark plug wires were sparking to each other right next to the coil. You could even hear it over the engine running.. now it only seems to do this when its wet, so I am not sure what the issue is.. I wouldn’t think the wires would be bad as it only has 400 miles on it and is 3 months old. The dealership is booked out for a week + to try and look at it so I am looking for suggestions. I read about a spark plug wire mod somewhere, but I can’t find any information on it.
