If I were to instal a +5 kit to my stock 08 rzr 800 would I have to do anything to the clutch, belt,diffs, engine or anything else?

blew a seal on the right rear .
stock shocks so not a big loss.
what is a good replacement without breaking the bank.
probably do rear and then front later.

anyone ever just use gear lube in the transfer case, transmission and rear diff of a rzr 800? i was told i could just use synthetic gear lube instead of the Polaris stuff and it works just fine.

I’m new to the forum and need some help with getting my rzr to start. I was messing with the negative terminal on the battery trying to figure out why my light bar wouldnt turn on and now my razor won’t start. I’ve tried cleaning, disconnecting and reconnecting the wires and still nothing. The gauge doesn’t light up as well. I check all the fuses under the dash and all are fine. I was told by the dealership that there is another fuse box but I cannot find it anywhere, I looked for about 3 hours and nothing. I called two other dealerships and one said that there was another fuse box and the other said there wasn’t. So I’m really lost here. Any help would be much appreciated. just some added detail, it started perfectly fine before I started messing with the battery.

Could it be the EFI Relay in the fuse box?

Just took my 2013 50" out today for the first time in a month since the dealership replaced my rear diff. So about 5 hrs into my trip my brand new belt the dealership put on blew. Just wondering why it only lasted 5 hrs. And why the dealership would have shimmed my primary clutch

im looking at one for sale in Las Vegas, guys asking 5500.00, however im getting conflicting information as to whether Polaris built and 800s in 2008.

What makes it an "s" model?

I want to take the clutch spacer out to get that extra 5 mph or whatever. But, I’m not sure mine has one. It’s a 2011 800. From what I understand anything 2009 and newer doesn’t have it?
