Does anyone know what this may have been? Doing a complete engine rebuild, pto side rod bearing went out, and found this on top of the windage tray.

Ok guys new lightbar runs fine when bar isn’t on. I turn the bar on and run In high gear and the motor bogs down. I’m currently running a large car battery. Seems to be fine when lights off. I know ppl are relocating the voltage regulator on the 08 to the 09 location but I don’t think that’s the issue curious if a 2nd battery with light and winch run to 2nd battery could cure my issue.

Hey guys I have the opportunity to buy a 2008 Polaris Rzr 800cc with only 67 hours. I have not seen it personally but I watched a video and seems to be in good shape. I’m familiar with Polaris but not this year model. Can you give me some input of the above model strengths and weakness and what you think it would be worth. It seems to be all stock with the exception it has a winch, front and rear bumper. Thanks a bunch…

After getting really sunburnt on a cold hazy day at Pismo Beach I decided to add a Roof.

Well, I needed to put a new water pump seal in my 2010 800. After installation I filled the coolant level and started the engine. BIG MISTAKE I find out now. Temp shot up to 250 quick. shut engine off and went to google. Several peeps said to "milk" the upper and lower hoses to remove air. So I did. Restarted the engine added coolant milked the hose and temp shot up again. Shut engine off and back to google I go. Ah…… theres a bleeder on top of the head. opened bleeder and some air but mostly anti freeze. refilled coolant and started engine. Temp is fine but coolant coming from front cylinder pipe. Did I crack a head or blow a gasket. Im guessing head.

Just done new batt set up with blue sea 5025 fuse box and cree led fog lights .there is a 80amp fuse between fuse box and second batt .trying to decide what batt separator to use and how to configure it into my setup. Do i need a fuse between the main and sec batt.my fuse box has 6 bus and ground for later add ons

I need to find a bolt and washers to install my cvtech clutch onto my rzr 800. Any ideas where I can find one?

Has anyone had a issue with steering after installing
Hd tierod ends. Steers fine to right but not to the left.
Looks like the inner tierod is to big to fit in the rack. Those
Limiting the steering to the left.
