I may be buying a 2010 Rzr 800 tomorrow. It has the stock Big Horns on her. I have some spare 28" Mega Mayhems and 29.5" Terminators and was wondering how big of tires I can put on the 800 with out any rubbing and clutching???
If I do clutching what do y’all think is the best clutch set up for the RZR 800???
I just ask anyone in the area to be on the look out for a black and orange 50" low miles I believe around 140 it also has left front damage "slightly bent a arm" I was in the process of fixing so the front plastic may be off of it. I’m not sure how to post pics but it has Polaris doors rock sliders rear frame Extension roof walker Evans shocks and a few other things. Doors have custom graphics on them that say angle buildings.

I have a 2010 800 and when engaged in AWD under a heavy load the front driver side tire will disengage for a moment as if a cv shaft has been broken but I just put new axles on all the way around it. Cant be the sprawl cage because I just had it apart and everything looked good and its the upgraded sprawl cage. Been told it might be the coil but im not for sure. Anyone got any ideas?
FINALLY got the idle issue straightened out, and got her out for a true, test weekend. Car ran fine all weekend, but it seems to run rich. Guys behind me could smell gas, and fuel mileage sucked. I can live with that, BUT (there’s always a but) after it had been ran a while, it would not start back once shut off. It would start, run for about 2 secs, gurggle, and shut off. Cranked fine, but would not start back for about 10 minutes. If it was a carb engine, I’d say it was loading up. Haven’t had a chance to pull the plugs yet to check them. Hopefully get to it this week.
Anybody had this happen? Think putting my Doebeck EJK fuel controller back on would help. I think I can lean the stock settings slightly with it ?
so I just got back into trail riding after a little break. my last ride was 05 800 sportsman. so i tried everything for more power, finally used a power commander and 30 degree advance flywheel key as to trick the ecm. took awhile to tune, but is the 11 have to be "tricked" to get timing advance too? Also ran a heelclicker clutch and i would like to get the same bottom end power i got out the sportsman.
