Engine light on, clutch?

Hey everyone, new to this today, I’ve been reading things off here a while and got a lot of help in the past but can’t find a specific thread for my problem, so here it is:
I have a 2011 rzr 800, ive had to put a few things on it as I bought it used, but today I finally got out for a ride and my check engine light came on and will go off after around 30km/hr, it kind of stuffers while driving slow, but works great when given gas. It grinds (sometimes) while shifting into gear. I’ve read a few things on here about clutching and a dif? Just looking to get a more in depth with these things. I checked my belt today, was fine, seemed a bit loud also, don’t think it’s a knock but hoping it’s an easy fix. Attachment 137983

800s conversion help!!

I have a 2010 rzr 800 50 inch model. I found high clearance a arms front and rear and axles for a 2010 rzr 800 S for a great price. Is any of that compatible and bolt on friendly. I wasn’t sure if the splines were the same. Any info would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advanced

Need Help Rzr Will Not Start

I bought a Rzr 800 the other day and I have no history on the SXS. So yesterday I changed the belt and I was letting it idle for 15-20 minutes before I drove her. While it was idling the unit shut off it DID NOT spit or sputter it just shut off. Since I did not know how old the battery was I bought a new battery the other day so I pop her in and nothing. I have no power in the dash, no headlight nothing. I checked the fuses under the dash and they seem ok. Not really sure where the main fuse is located since I don’t have a service manual. I need advice please help….

Covering scratches??

Ok so I’m done buying replacement vinyl stickers they are just too expensive from Polaris. So what’s everyone doing to hide the scrapes and scratches. Thought about trying Plastidip but didn’t know how good it would hold up. Maybe even a vinyl wrap but worried might be difficult to install so it wouldn’t have a bunch of wrinkles. Or does anyone know a cheap place to get the OEM decals??

I have installed Fox piggy back shocks on my 2013 RZR800. Front shocks have an issue with down link from sway bar contacting the piggy back reservoir. I rode with the sway bar tied up out of the way but don’t like the
handleing. Has anyone had this issue and found a good solution?
I have a 2" lift kit but this doesn’t appear to be the problem.
Any help out there?

Thanks,
Norm

RZR 800 Gear Bags

Hello to all of you. I want to introduce our Bazooka gear bag. It fits in the bed of your 800 RZR. The bag uses our water-proofing and dust-proofing technology to keep your gear completely safe inside the bag.

The Bazooka is very versatile. It has been specifically created to fit in the bed of older model and new model RZR’s alike.

This bag was designed from the ground up to truly be a 4-Season Expedition grade gear bag system. Rain, Snow, Mud and Dust are no match for this bag thanks to the engineering and technology we built into the bag. We use a rubber backed fabric to keep moisture out, as well as our exclusive built in rain-fly system when you encounter heavy rain. It also utilizes a triple weather-proof dust sealing system to keep any and all types of dust completely out of the bag. Even the finest silt dust won’t make its way into the bag. We have tested, tested again and tested the bag in the worst dust conditions we could find and dust still couldn’t make its way into the bag.

We also use special insulating foam that encapsulates the entire interior of the bag keeping the interior of the bag cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. There is nothing worse than destroying electronics such as cameras in a black "super-heated" bag in the summer!

This is a rigid bag, almost hard cased bag, even though it is covered with our rubber backed fabric. The entire bag is encased in plastic. This keeps the bags shape and allows for total structural rigidity unlike any other sewn bag.

We also use a high vis. bright yellow or tan interior that allows you to see an item inside the bag in low, and we mean really low light conditions. We have never understood why a gear bag has to have black fabric on the inside of the bag, black fabric inside a gear bag makes it nearly impossible to see any dark item even in daylight.

Our internal dividers have a circular cut out that allows you to store long items inside the bag such as a 4-piece fishing rod, long camera lenses, tripods, spotting scopes, camp chairs, tents, etc. Normally these items would be stored on the outside of the bag totally exposed to the elements. We figured that expensive equipment such as fishing rods and reels, etc. should be stored in the bag well protected as it is very costly to replace these items because the got damaged. You can store those items without the need to remove the dividers, thus keeping the compartmentalization and organization inside the bag.

This bag is big, it holds 6000 Cubic inches of gear! Thus the name "Bazooka"

Lastely, this bag comes with a lifetime guarantee to you. It sells for $199.95
