Has anyone tried the NGk BKR6EIX? I have used BKR6E before and have worked ok. Went to get the 6E and Autozone said they don’t carrie them anymore, all the had is 6EIX. The center looks flimsy to me. Thank Don

RZR 800 Cylinder, light Nikasil issue

I am in the process of rebuilding a 09 RZR 800. I am rebuilding the motor since someone killed a rod bearing and since I had it apart I replaced the crank (rods and bearings), cam (upgraded to an S cam) and pistons (Figured it was apart I might as well replace them) I noticed a slight mark in the top of the cylinder bore in the nikasil. I am wondering if I should just run it , replate it or replace it. Not sure what the best option is, seems like a new jug runs around $425 or so and replating is around the same. I haven’t seen many used jugs for a reasonable price so I am not sure what to do with it at this point. The mark in the nikasil can be felt with a finger nail and is just it the top of the stroke about and inch wide by 1/16" down the cylinder.

Switching front ends

Anybody switched the front end plastics from an older 800 (say 08) to something a little newer (say 11 or 12) ? I assume it’s a little more than just switching the plastics and headlights ?

I like the look of the newer front ends, but not sure if it’s worth my trouble trying to switch over.

2010 rzr 800

I am trying to dial in my clutch. I put in an epi performance kit. White spring in the primary, green spring in the secondary and 64g weights. Take off is good but it is topping out at 5950 rpm. What would I need too change to get it right. Different weights? I have 7o0g weights too. Also several other primary springs.
