I bought some 2014 S takeoffs this week and got them on today. Maxxis bighorn 27x9x12 front and 27x12x12 rear. No spacers or bracket lift. My 50in RZR has no lift other than LT450r front shocks and YZ rear shocks. I had to move the motor mount forward and trim the frame overhang on both the driver and pass sides. Clearance is about 1/2 on both sides.

XP 900 bed on a 50″ 800?
I have tried a couple different things to keep the mud off with varying degrees of success. The best was using S flares along with the mudbusters. The attachment system of just screwing into the flares leaves a lot to be desired though. This setup eventually crapped out on me and Im looking for something better. I was wondering if the lines would match up putting on an XP bed that have the flares integrated into the bedsides? Possibly just changing out the bedsides? If I knew someone who had one I could compare it and see if it was doable but I dont. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Output Seal to Tranny and Drive Shaft
My 2010 Rzr 800 is leaking at the output seal to the tranny where the drive shaft connects. I called my local Stealership too see if they would give me approx. cost or how many hours it would take to replace the seal. At first the Stealership did not want to give me an approx. cost and wanted me to bring it in. When I told him that was not going to happen just bring it blind he said he would check and call me back. I have to give the Stealership A+ for following up and calling me but my teeth about fell out when he told me that it would be a 8 hour job at $110 a hour. I have to say that I understand the dealership making money but damn it is not a 8 hour job. I thanked him for calling me but the stealership will not get any of my money and I will do it myself.. I have never done this but I think I can do it 2-4 hours depends on how many breaks and cold ones I have. This is the way I thought I would attack this. If I’m wrong or if you have a better way please correct me I’m all ears.
1. Drop the skid
2. Remove center console plastic
3. Remove passenger side tire, shock, A Arm Etc.
4. Knock out the front and rear pin
5. Remove drive shaft via front passenger side
6. Replace Output Seal
7. Re-Install everything
Another AWD problem thread.
Recently got an 08 800. AWD isn’t working. Sprague carrier is aftermarket and good to go. Replaced armature plate. Resistance on coil is good. When I checked the volts coming from the dash switch to the diff via the 2 wire harness the voltage was all over the place and never got above 9. I’ve searched for a while and I’ve seen all the YouTube videos but never found an answer. Bad switch? Bad ground?
Best clutch kit for a 2011 RZR 4 800
First off I know how to search…… But all my searches have not resulted in the answer I need.
Which clutch kit is best for a 2011 RZR 4 800 riding mostly trails w/ some dunes? I know this is opinion based but I just want a little better acceleration.
Link me to thread if you can.

2010 Transfer case let go
My RZR is a 2010 with 2200 miles and no problems until now.
It looks like 2 of 3 bolts of the output pinion shaft retaining bracket backed out and broke the bracket and both bearings on shaft. The Gear on shift rubbed the gear case side and where one of the bolts for bracket attach. I do not think the case is usable. All the bearings have metal in them. All the gears look usable.
Has this happened to anyone else? (I have not heard of this happening to others) It does not look like the bolts have any Loctite on them.
Does anyone know of anyone that sales kits for the transfer case? How about a good used transfer gear case?
