10′ 800 rzr. Can the primary clutch shaft seal be removed and changed by just taking off primary clutch and rear cover? Not sure how that seal goes in. I have a factory service manual and I can not find any info on that seal at all in there. I’m sure it has to be covered but I can’t find it for the life of me. Any help would be appreciated
I realize that there is an oil filter relocate thread over on the RZR 900 forum, but I am interested if there are any good fitting "Oil Filter Relocate" kits available for the 2011 RZR800 motors?
The 900’s appear to have clearance issues between the oil filter and the engine block, which is also why I want to move the oil filter away from the OEM location.
I realise that there are some kits out there for the 800 motors that cost greater than $300 and would like to stay away from that expense! 🙁
I won’t buy one of the Chinese kits off of eBay until at least somebody on here pipes in with some working knowledge and actual usage of them on these motors.
So im pretty sure my one way bearing is shot. I have to turn the rzr off to change gears. The dealer said they would only charge me $60 labor if I bring them the clutch, which I have the tool to remove, but they are trying to charge me $210 for the bearing. I have found a few online for around $40 but im not sure if its the rite thing. Can someone give me the part number? Its a 2011 800 50"

I have a 2014 RZR 800S, I went out in the garage and was moving things around and placed the RZR in Neutral and the RZR wouldn’t move. I had to start it up and place it in low to get it to move and it still struggled to move but it did. I opened the belt housing and checked the belt it seemed fine, I then check to see if the rear brakes locked up, and it wasn’t that, then I pulled the axle out and check to make sure the hubs wasn’t locked up and they’re fine. I tired turning the axle while in the dif and it wouldn’t turn at all. I put it back together and drove it down the drive way to see if I heard any noises and notice a clunking noise, but couldn’t tell if it was in the transmission or the rear dif. Has anyone had any problems like this and does have anyone have any ideas what could have happened?
