Has anybody been able to install this winch on their 800? If so how did you do it? Is there a bracket you have found that will work?

Please help i just got a 2010 ranger rzr 800 s last week and do not know much about it so i am not sure how to fix this..i would say the diff isnt broken because it works in reverse only and i would say that wherever the unit is that controlls when 4wd should kick in after i turn it on isnt broken because it still works in reverse only… so what could it be?

Just got a 2011 rzr 800 s with 26×14 big horn tires, after riding a couple of times and ESP after reading dif posts on here I really feel something is holding the power back. Gets to 40mph somewhat ok but takes a really long time to get to 50mph. New to the rzr, as u can tell, any suggestions where to start looking for issues that would cause this. Has 1800 miles on it!

I’m building my own ATV using the drivetrain from a 2009 RZR 800. I have all the parts except for the front diff. I’m wondering if a 2011 RZR 800 front diff would work for my situation. Is the gear ratio the same? Will the splines be the same? I’m not at all concerned about a different outer housing or differences in the mounting brackets.

I searched on here quite a bit and found a few people asking about how to do this, and most people steered towards buying a kit from SuperATV and other places. Here is my question… I have a standard 2009 RZR 50" and I have the chance to buy some stock take-off A-arms and axles from an "S" model for very cheap. What else would I need to complete the conversion? I know somehow i would have to extend my tie rods, brake lines, and shocks. I am trying to not have to buy new shocks yet. I have seen an extended brake line kit, but nothing else.

I also have the adjustable 1.5-3" SuperATV lift installed on my machine right now. Will this have to come back off? or can it stay/will it help with my shock reach?

have a 2008 800 RZR. first problem was the belt, it burnt up along with the ducts. we got those fixed up and still had issues and sent it to Polaris to be checked out. they said the clutch/throttle weren’t opening up and redid it all. came back and still sounded awful. it started cutting out really bad starts up fine and will run fine til warmed up then starts cutting out bad. so we replaced spark plugs, wire connectors, fuel pump, all for it to just keep sounding terrible. it know feels like no power and its trying to by all the loud noise. the passenger side I noticed becomes hot easy also- the air filter is brand new as well the entire thing has became a pain in the ass. I need some answers otherwise I’m bout to get rid of this money pit.

(old filter pretty filthy) The WIX 42276 didn’t come with any instructions. Can someone tell me if I need to lube the inside of the box with a light coat of WD40? Do I lube the filter anywhere? I’ve been looking this up online for hours and didn’t have any luck so I found this site and joined here. Forgive me for my ignorance. I plan on soaking up as much info as I can from here. 10′ 800 rzr. Can the primary clutch shaft seal be removed and changed by just taking off primary clutch and rear cover? Not sure how that seal goes in. I have a factory service manual and I can not find any info on that seal at all in there. I’m sure it has to be covered but I can’t find it for the life of me. Any help would be appreciated
