Good day all,

I have a RZR 800 with only 1,700km (1,100 miles) and only had the lift kit for approx 300 miles. My 2 lower front ball joints are shot.

Any of you by experience would know if this is normal wear?

If this is caused by the lift, how often should I be expecting to replace those?

I have a 2014 rzr 800 that I purchased a few months ago and only has 100 miles on it. Im currently installing a rough country LED bar on top and have run into an issue with wiring. When I hooked everything up the battery, it all worked fine. In order to use the ACC for power I ran it to the ORANGE/WHITE wire under the dash and used a splice connector. I have read in other threads that this should work. Is there something I am missing, does the relay need to be grounded or can it be zip tied? Also the winch is connected to he factory bud connector and everything is ran correctly from what I checked but it is not receiving power either. Do you guys have any recommendations that I should try or change?

Can someone tell me how loose these are supposed to be? One is much looser than the other. The tighter one squeaks pretty loud when I press down on the back end.

Also any tips for lubing a stubborn pivot point? I have one that just won’t take the lube no matter what I do.

Has anybody been able to install this winch on their 800? If so how did you do it? Is there a bracket you have found that will work?
