My new to me 2011 800 with 1600 miles is running great. Some of these posts regarding the pinion nut has me worried. I really don’t have the tools or capacity at this time to repair it myself due to an injury. I want to install better shocks, lift kit and bigger tires but I’m afraid to spend the money if I have to pay someone to improve the diff. Is this failure very common? Should I spend the money on the diff before further upgrades? Thanks for any advice.

I have a 2009 RZR 800 with 3" lift and 31" outlaws. My right rear tires is hitting the exhaust manifold clamps and getting cut up. Is there a different header I can swap cheap? I noticed a 2012 800 uses a header instead of a manifold and I think it would give me a little more clearance. Will that swap onto mine? What year did they start that style?

I have a 09 800, runs like crap when cold but when it warms up it runs just fine. Checked compression it’s good, changed plugs and checked exhaust for leaks which I found and replaced exhaust system and didn’t change anything. Would the tps still cause this even though it runs good when warm? Idle when cold is around 950 or so but warm it’s where it should be? What’s next? Thanks I advance

Anywhere to get a stock inner tie rode end for a 2012 800? Dealer wants to sell the whole assembly and only aftermarket I can find is putting heavy duty everything on.

i was working,looking at the rzr bed and wounder how hard it would be to put a flatbed on it.you can use the brakets on the bottom of the bed and weld square frame around it then plate for the lights.has anyone done this?is there a thread?imight try to do it in a few weeks ill post if i do.can anyone think of any problems it would cause.you would get more room to work on motor.only thing i see is i may have to cut off front of bed that goes over into cab and trim rocker panels.it will be heavier but i dont think by much.thanks for any feed back or ideas:popcorn:

just bought an 08 800 that needs a rear diff. i know this has been covered many times but cant seem to find the info again. i can get a 11-14 diff , will it work on an 08 or do i need to change some more parts?
