we have a 2012 rzr 800 50". I just got the racer tech heavy duty tie rod kit. I was installing it and noticed the rack has a lot of slop to it after pulling the boots off. I cant find a upgraded rack without the tie rods online. I was wondering if any one knows of a company that just sells the rack

What’s the difference between 2008 and 2010 RZR 800?, I’m in the market for a RZR and was looking at 2 machines and was wondering if there was any changes in the 2 years?

I’ve been putting off ordering wheels and tires for way too long. Pretty much narrowed my decision to 27x9x12 all around. Thinking itp blackwater for the 8 ply. 12" wheels for the extra sidewall

I ride a mix of everything for trails, depending non the time of year it’s dry hardpack or wet and slimy.

The thing I want to try and avoid is sidewall cuts, half the quads I’m with have a patch in the sidewall and I’m wider so I hit and rub more than them.

Anyone have any input of blackwaters or anything else that will fit? I need wheels too so I’m not set on a 12 but want at least a 27" tire

My thought are to run one snorkel at 3" pvc to CVT inlet on my snorkel setup Lowes has a rubber boot 2" -3" for pvc and the other two snorkel’s 2" PVC
Has anyone tried this type setup in other words I would have 2) 2" snorkel’s and one center 3" snorkel which will have a 12 volt blower fan to cool the clutch assembly
I haven’t started this project yet just trying to get some input about it first ???

2014 800 with updated 14 inch wheels and tires. Minor off-set. Would like to go a bit wider. Would you add 1 1/2 or 2 inch wheels spacers or none at all? Thanks!

all the tire sizes i see on ebay are 27" and up. I’m looking for a clutch. Ared 26" bighorns stock tires? thats what i have. heres my setup.
