Can I run 27X9X12 and 27X11X12 ITP on my stock 2013 800 without any modifications?

I went out of my comfort zone and got Fox 2.0 C shocks (HD) for my 800LE (50"). They suck up rolling terrain like PacMan, but in slower situations where there is a hole, or just over the top of a sharper bump, or protruding rock, the front end often goes CLUNK! I should mention that I removed the front torsion bar after it broke, and intentionally got these heavier springs and valving to supposedly make up for it.

I ride trails in a spirited manner, but rarely, if ever, leave the ground completely; lots of zero gravity, but no real jumping.

I reduced the supplied spring preload a bit, and increased the damping, which seems to have improved things. I’m thinking that rebound damping is the problem, and that these shocks/springs are snapping back too quickly after experiencing the unloaded side of a bump, or dropoff. Unfortunately, these do not have external rebound adjustment (the dealer I got them from is out of state, and they were not accurate in their description of the features). Grrr.

I’m quite sure the shocks are not bottoming, as they have substantial bumpers that would not allow such a violent "clunk". The rear shocks are not doing anything weird, but then, they are all bound up with a torsion bar.

Does anyone have experience with this and how to correct it, or am I a new inductee into the older-but-wiser (grab-your-ankles) club?

I went for a long ride I came back washed it and went to start it few days later and had a code 0 520207 with a 4 under it I read that a short too ground? I have 12.5 volts power going to the connector and switch but 2.5 volts when i check ground so I’m assuming I have a bad ground. Fuses are good I swapped relays also. Anyone have ground wire issues I believe it’s the gray wire to awd control circuit and gray to the switch too. Thanks

The hanger that goes from top of muffler to rzr chassis is no more. What is the measurement so I can have it welded/repaired.

Want to put 27x9x12 on all 4 corners. Is that ok because the stock rims are 12×6 in the front and 12×8 in the rear, or should I get 2 more 6 or 8 in rims to all match?

My used 2011 rzr is running great. We have put 800 miles on it in the last month. Mostly cruising logging roads and trails. Some hard pack also. So far I’m impressed with no failures. It has approx 2000 miles on it now in total. The only concern was some oil usage. 200 mls, or 6.5 oz’s. Is this acceptable over 800 miles? Should I be concerned?

we have a 2012 rzr 800 50". I just got the racer tech heavy duty tie rod kit. I was installing it and noticed the rack has a lot of slop to it after pulling the boots off. I cant find a upgraded rack without the tie rods online. I was wondering if any one knows of a company that just sells the rack
