First… I’m the DW…and I love my rzr. It’s a 2010 and I’ve put about 4000 miles on it. So far, the only issue has been a bad CV joint and the corrected installation of the lift kit by the dealer (we’re not particularly mechanical but tried anyway)…
While I would love to have a new one… it’s just doesn’t make sense for me…
So I’m looking to add stuff to the current one.
Just read about ball joints… probably need those at some point or now for all I know. Are they difficult to install?
Also, the point of the actual question here is what would be the best spare tire set up? I’ve learned that I love to cut the sidewall for some reason (3 times to be exact) so having a spare is necessary. But having it take up room in the bed isn’t the best…
Just a few questions. I have this creaking /squeak noise. I have greased everything I can get to, sprayed with penetrating oil and the noise remains. It doesnt seem to be the sway bar as that is well lubed. Any thoughts?
Also, on my 800 on the rear A arm there are 2 grease fittings. I can never get my grease gun on the inside one, any tips?

Now I know that this question is probably all over the forums but I just worked a 14 hour day and I’m tired and was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction or a list of things I should check. All fluids are good to go as far as I can see. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I need some help please, I put a5" converson on my 08 800 rzr and now to turn right 1 1/2 turns to stop. Turning left a little over 3/4 of a turn to lock. Do you think it might be my tie rods, or something else?

Had LTE dual exhaust, swapped back to factory exhaust (S header) instead of the ole Y that is notorious for rusting out.
Took out spark arrestor and started backfiring.
Note it has UTV Inc intake with 2" snorkels.
Factory ECU.
TPS within specs (checked recently)
Iridium plugs.
It’s a 2008.
Never backfired with the LTE duals until now?
All the seals on factory exhaust looked ok. Didn’t feel any leaks but it was too warm for me to keep may hands and arms around the possible areas to leak.
Any help or ideas would be great!

What is the average temp the jug, headers, muffler should be after warm?
