Just picked up a used 09 800 h.o. with rebuild, tracks, heated cab etc… However 314 miles in we were in were playing in the sand dunes off Lake superior and heard a noise from the rear end. Wifey was driving… Now the machine won’t go forward or reverse in awd or in rwd. The rear tires "ratchet" fronts don’t engage. Had to get towed out by our 16yo sons big bear ( embarrassing). I’m hoping it’s the diff and not the transmission. Maybe coupling? Fork?
I’ve dug thru the threads forhours trying to find an exact relation and came up more confused.
BTW we sold off out Tractor supply Massimo msu 500. Was a great trouble free machine but too darned slow…
I have a 3211130 belt , was going to put it on my ’09 std RZR , which had the old 3211113 belt until it seemed that this "new" belt (now discontinued ) was a little longer , is there a difference in length or is it my imagination ?

Hey, just changed the oil and filter on the rzr and the oil seems to smell of fuel a little bit, is this normal at all and if not what would cause the fuel getting into the oil?
Anyone know for sure if the engine is suppose to come out and be split to change this seal? I have heard yes and then I have heard there are ways to do the seal without splitting, just have to find the seal without a lip to do it. Anyone know that part number? Thanks
I need to replace the front gear case for my 2009 RZR. The part number from the dealer is 1332803. The question is, there is also another differential part number 1332438 that was for the RZR S that appears to be the same differential. Can anyone confirm this is in fact the same exact differential, just a different part number? Or would this bolt right into my RZR (not S type)?
Guys, I bought my first side by side to haul the grands around and just have some fun. It’s a project for certain, worse than I had suspected. Located in PA, I got it home yesterday a 2009 RZR 800S and the frame is bent up front, the passenger front tire is into the back of the wheel well.
Anyone know what year frames are compatible?
Anyone know of a company on the east coast that could straighten it perhaps?
Not the way i wanted to join the group, but hey, I am hear and anxious to get started…
Wondering if a set of Doonz 25.5×13-12 paddles will fit without any mods on a 2014 EPS 50inch 800 RZR. The wheels the guy thought were off of a 2012 900.
