Started my buggy up the other day and my gear position isn’t showing on my cluster. No matter what gear I am in it just shows —. Haven’t really had time to look into it, thought maybe someone else had seen this before and might have an idea…

My 2014 800 EPS LE has twice failed to start. When the key is turned on the fuel pump comes up to pressure and the dash display boots up but when I turn the key to engage the starter…..nothing. No starter or solinoid sounds. The battery tests above specifications (600AH) and shows 12.7 volts. The first time I jump started it off a friends RZR. I’ve cleaned the battery ground and terminals. The second time I attempted to jump it off my truck but nothing. Trailered it to the dealer and it wouldn’t start when they tried it. Five days later when the technician started to work on it it started and started on 6 or 7 sucessive tries. No error codes they can’t find a problem. They initially thought maybe the ignition switch. Any suggestions? Thanks. :question:

I have a 2008 RZR 800 and looking to purchase doors and have narrowed it down to three…Pro Armor, Bear Claw and Twisted Stitch. I prefer a full panel door but not sure if an aluminum or plastic skin would be best.

Has anyone compared any of these before? All three are top rated and I am sure that I will not have an issue with any of them.

Also, I would like to get a graphic kit for the doors. Thanks!

I have a 2011 rzr 800 and the plastic behind pasenger seat is melting away and my finder is also getting a bit wavy from heat off of engine /exhaust. Anyone else seen this ? Any solutions?

When slowing I can hear a chirp and it feels like the back tires are locking slightly on my 2014 RZR 4 800, it doesn’t do it all the time but not sure what it is. Started on a week long trip to Moab, never had it happen before. Any suggestions?

recently purchased an 08 rzr.overall machine is in good condition has less than 1500 miles on it.
my problem is the shift isnt working right.after much research I believe the detent balls.springs are the problem.I’ve changed the fluid and tried several tricks I’ve read about and haven’t found any detent balls floating loose.

Can I remove only the outside bolts- black.silver without dropping the balls in the trans.
I’ve read the many simply remove them altogether. Also I found where some just run one on the inside.

what is everyones opinion on this issue. where can I find the replacement balls and springs if necessary.
