I have a 2008 RZR 800 lots of mods, I have the discontinued lonestar racing +8 long travel kit, I need a steering rack recently had a rackzilla but they no longer make this rack and let me know they will not make another one only option is to buy another stock rack and get my tie rods from lonestar, i desperately need a rack part # 1823497 or does anyone know where i can get a rack to fit my setup?
Mileage/lifetime on an 800 standard
Just curious what kind of life/mileage one can expect out of an older 800 standard (mine is a 2009, which I bought used a couple of years back).
I realize this depends a lot on how it is used, maintained, etc. Just curious what others are experiencing.
Mine has 1750 miles on it: Perhaps barely broke-in, or what?
Thanks.
2015 900 S wheels on my 08 800
Hello All! My first post here, of course needing help.
I just purchased a set of 2015 S 900 wheels for my 2008 800.
I jumped and didn’t properly research first.
What spacer do I need to run to make these fit?
Obviously 1" but the thread size on the new 2015’s is larger I believe.
Any help is appreciated in advance! Thanks!

Clutch kit again
I was going to change the one way bearing on my 2013 800 RZR and install a clutch kit that would help with my 27 inch tires. According to Dalton they do not make a clutch kit for that model with EBS. I see SLP makes a kit or this model. Are there any other options?
Clutch removal?!?!?!?
How do you remove the dang drove clutch off of a 2009 Rzr 800?!?!?! Starting to get really ticked off with this thing
Snorkeling my 800
When snorkeling my 2009 Rzr 800, should I pull my clutches and pull out the backing of the plastic clutch casings and seal the back off where it bolts to the motor?
2013 rzr 800
Just bought a 2013 RZR 800 and i was wondering what mods should i do to it. I have installed a 4500# winch and that is it. I do want to do the 4 seat conversion so my kids can ride also. Pros and cons for the kit? :redrzr:
Clutching/belts
I know there are other posts on this but none have really seemed helpful. Looking for input on clutch kits. Bought my 2013 rzr 800 50" last year.recently have done a few mods including a snorkle kit, front and rear bumpers, roof, lights upgraded battery ect… those don’t really matter in this thread. I have also put a 2" Racer tech lift and 28" kenda executioner’s on 14" Polaris factory offset wheels. I knew I was going to need a clutch kit but there seems to be a million options so I’ve been procrastinating. Now that I’ve done the mods when I really get on it or get into mud the belt slips. I’m guessing because of the extra wheight/wheel diameter. So what’s my best option for a clutch kit? I’ve been looking on ebay and kits for the rzr 50" are limited especially without ebs. All the kits I’m finding that are good for 28" tires are " mudder kits " and I’m reading they are not good for trails and that’s 85% of the riding I do. Dalton makes an adjustable kit for stock or oversized tires but A. I’m only finding that kit for ebs modules and B. I’m not sure I like the idea of adjustable parts in my clutch. Any thoughts or directions on best clutching for my setup and riding style? Also is it worth the extra money going with the severe duty belt? What belt should I be running? Thanks in advance
