Anyone put car seats in the back of their RZR 4 and what did you do. Thinking about putting harnesses in the front and leaving the stock seat belts and using them. Any Advice? Have a 2yo and a 1yo.

I have 2014 800 4 with dune runner EPI clutch kit and looking to get a set of paddles and rims? EPI clutch is for stock tires so what size should I purchase? Thanks
I took my machine to the dealer for a broken belt replacement. They broke the drive clutch assy in the process. They had the machine two weeks. When I brought it home it would barely move, gradually getting worse. It started leaking oil. I took it back, and now they want to charge me $900.00 more on top of the original $800.00 I just paid. They claim the belt damaged the crank seal, I think they damaged the seal when they broke the clutch. Is this possible?

I just installed a Racer Tech lift on my 2014 800 4 this weekend and looking to go ahead and replace the springs. I have seen a few post comments about going with the heavy springs but wanted some input if anyone has some.
I like to rock crawl and trail ride, typically have 1-2 passengers and about 100 lbs of cooler and gear, no bumpers or aftermarket cages. The website suggests medium.
Well, we are headed to Pittsburg NH for 4 days of much needed time off. Going to try and Ride Th he Wilds as much as I can. Haven’t been up there since March with the snowmobiles. Reba the RZR is ready.
I searched and read most of the posts about engine noise, loss of power, and backfiring. After we bought used 2013 Rzr 4 800 and was out for first ride, we noticed it was losing power. We initially thought bad gas, but I had also filled up our truck and was having no problems. Once we got home, I noticed a tinking sound from the engine area. After reading and searching the forums, I started taking the Rzr apart. I changed the oil filter and added 2 quarts of oil, but the noise is still there. The filter and compartment were recently cleaned prior to purchasing. I changed the spark plugs, no change in noise. I removed the spark arrestor and didn’t notice any change in engine noise, cleaned it and re-installed it. I took the valve spring header cover off and didn’t notice anything obvious. Rockers had good bearings, no excess play, the rods looked strait, springs in good shape, and there was some good new oil. Attachment 138112
I’m not sure what to check now (may have hit my engine knowledge too) and I don’t want to take to shop and tell them I don’t know what is wrong and get a huge bill as they troubleshoot everything…
Started the rzr the other day and it was very sluggish about turning over(it had done this a few other times before) but did start eventually I figured weak battery…after riding it a while I decided to take kids for a ride when I went to start it it turned over maybe a half a turn and stopped. I figured battery was dead it had been a while since I rode so I hooked it to jump box nothing but a click so I hooked it to jumper cables on my truck same issue as before. my question is the starter shot or the solenoid if its the starter where is best place to buy Polaris dealer quoted me a $400 price tag and I cant and wont pay that. any help is appreciated. by the way its a 2012 rzr4 800 eps if that matters. thanks in advance
Need some help here, my left rear caliper has been destroyed 3 times now, not sure what the issue is. First time was a broken hub, but the last 2 I’m stumped. Anybody else? I have king shocks and summers brothers axle set up, not sure if that plays a part, I’m fairly new to this. I’d appreciate any help!! Thanks!
hey all. we have a 2011 800 4. bought it with a FMF pipe on it. the exhaust manifold is OE(original equipment). the rest is aftermarket, from the midpipe to the muffler. we bought an SLP muffler(supposed to be quiet), but I can’t find the midpipe through Polaris. it is on backorder with no release date. here are a couple questions: does anyone have a midpipe with the related shield and hardware they want to sell? how about trading my pipe and tubing for your factory stuff? it is a cool looking exhaust, but is on the loud side. thoughts? thanks for looking!
