Battery Set-up opinions

Just curious on what the opinions are on what is better? Running a 2 battery set-up with a True Battery Isolator or a larger 1 battery set-up. Last trip I went on while running my 30" Light Bar, 16" Light Bar, stereo and LED Whips I kept getting a LV warning. So after reading I see the 2 remedies but want to know what set-up you recommend and why. I removed the 16" Light bar and have not had any issues but in the future I want to add a winch so I figured I would take care of it now.

rzr 4 800 doors

Hi im new to this forum and rzr’s in general. I just picked up a 2013 rzr 4 800. Im thinking of putting on a set of doors. What do you guys suggest? I definitley do not want them to rattle. Drives me crazy. Thanks in advance

what skids you like

Hey guys I posted this mistakenly under 570 due to my fat fingers lol.
I need a new skid for my 2011 rzr robbie gordon edition.
Got hung up on a pointy rock in in a wash. So looking to see what you guys like. Good thing I have a winch and a dead tree laying in wash OH and beer Ha.

Belt problem

Ok guys have a 2012 RZR4 RGE 800, has 3 inch lift 29.5 Terminators on it. A couple weeks ago we spun a EPI severe duty belt while pulling a bunch of 4 wheelers out of some gumbo mud. Belt came apart, blew it into a million pieces, etc. So we went back to camp, put on a spare belt, drove it 500 yards and it came apart. So we took it back apart and found some pieces had gotten into the snorkels and came back into the clutch when we took off and messed that belt up. We put on a 3rd belt and were able to ride about 30 minutes before the front (toward front of vehicle) was separating so we loaded up and came home. I got home got it all apart, and found a nick on the edge on the secondary where it is recessed. I took a file and some emery cloth and smoothed it out. I pulled both clutches, serviced and cleaned the faces, installed a TAGTEAM clutch kit and new EPI severe duty belt. Last night I finally had time to get it out cause I wanted to see the difference in clutches. I rode slowly in low heating up the belt etc. Once I shifted it into high I started hearing a bunch of racket so I took it back home and pulled the cover only to find the front edge of the belt shredded again!!! Did the nick in the secondary cut it up or am I missing something??

engine knock

Hey guys I need some help I just bought a 2011 RGE rzr4 800 with only 1000 miles on it when I got it home it ran great just a little lopped idle but it has good power and ran out smooth the guy said he only had it out one time in the past 2 years and it needs serviced so I got the stuff from Polaris dealer on the way home but didn’t change it right away I just checked everything to see how it looked the oil was fine looked fresh so I took it riding a few times last week just a few miles back on the hill behind my house nothing rough the rzr just made it almost like driving down the interstate easy stuff but when I got home from the last ride I noticed the engine was tapping or ticking at idle so I figured the oil needed changed maybe it broke down over the winter but after the oil change I drove it up the road when I get back home the tap was a lot louder so I checked the easy things clutch belt anything that could move or rattle there was no change I even took the clutch off it didn’t change it kind of sounded low in the engine so I tore into into it I’ve got it down to the rods there’s no slack everything looks and feels new the only thing I can find is the lifters all but one the hydronic part on the inside are stuck or aleast so hard I couldn’t push em in at all even with a vise and a old push rod I had laying around the engine from what I’ve read an seen on YouTube looks new no ware on anything I even cut the old filter apart and it was clean
This is not my first time I’ve been turning wrenches for years a little bit of everything I’ve rebuilt almost every machine I’ve had and a lot of my buddy’s stuff to this is my first rzr tho it’s easy but I dont know if the lifters would cause it to knock like that and not bend or make it run like crap the rods are all fine to
