4 wheel driving not engaging XP1000 2015

I have a 2015 XP1000 voodoo blue that has 50hrs and the front differential will not engage in all wheel drive mode. I took it to the dealer where i purchased the RZR and they found plastic gear cage was broken in front differential. They replaced it (warranty from Polaris) and it still wont engage. The cluster shows emblem of 4wheel and the light is on the switch when i turn it on. The dealer doesnt seem to know what to do at this point?
I am looking for help

Full throttle cutting out

I have a ’14 1000 and at a ride last weekend it started cutting in and out at full throttle. It starts around 6500 RPM and keeps gaining RPM into high 7000’s but is cutting in and out the whole way. Won’t cut in and out at half throttle or less but anything past that and that’s when it starts First day of the ride it was performing perfectly, then it poured rain that night for an hour or so and my RZR was sitting out as I had already fallen asleep. Next morning got in it to ride around and that is when it started to do this. Figured belt got moisture through intake so loaded up and headed home. Took cover off and was not a single sign of moisture in the clutch. Belt looked fine. Took primary cover off to inspect weights and spider nut and they all look fine. Also I have an Alba clutch kit with no engine braking helix. I have done searches and found a lot of threads where people are having this same issue but they never come back and say what fixed it. My only other thoughts are maybe water in fuel, bad fuel pump, plugs, or something else electrical. Have read a few fuel pump issue threads. Anyone have similar issue and found the problem?
Thanks in advance.

XP/XP4 1000 Cooling Tube Rubbing Frame

I was recently doing some work on my car and found one of the aluminum cooling tubes rubbing on the frame. It is at the transition from hose to tube, right above the frame, above the steering assembly. There is one of those crappy plastic cooling tube clamps, but it was not holding the tube above the frame.

General view from the passenger side, front wheel well:

I pried the tube assembly gently upward and inserted a piece of tubing between the two prongs of the clamp to buffer from the frame. I’ll keep an eye on it to make sure it stays in place. I don’t think the rubber hose inserted will go anywhere as it was a real pain to get in there!

Anyway, this find could have averted a most untimely coolant leak in the future! Check your tubes, make sure they are where they are suppose to be.

Also, for those that haven’t checked the various locations, under the drive train tunnel, you should pull that skid plate and make sure those are zip-tied in place as those tubes will pop out of those cheap clamps. I did that a year ago before ever taking the car out and they were just floating there next to the drive shaft.:ride:

190 Code

I have a 2015 xp1000. Has 270 miles on it. When i hit 60mph it hits the rev limiter and the orange steering wheel light comes on, and i get a 190 code. Took it to dealer and they couldn’t find anything wrong. They said to bring it back if it does it again. just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Seems weird that it would just start acting up. Its never seen water or mud just dry trails.

RZR potential overheating with winch + RI light bar grill

Afternoon guys and gals, in the process of some mildly accessorizing my RZR and I have a question regarding cooling efficiency of the stock Radiator.

I have a Racer Tech MX front bumper and winch mounted and was curious about the rigid light bar grill shown below. Do you think with the winch there that it would block too much air flow and risk running a little hot? I don’t intend riding too much above 85 degrees, definitely nothing above 95.

What about putting the light bar on the MX bumper like shown in some of the Racer Tech photos?

I haven’t seen too many overheating threads, but I also haven’t had any issues myself so I have not looked too hard. Thanks
