Hello all. I have a starting problem. This is an iternitant problem. When the neutral light is on and the starter button is pushed the starter solenoid click and the neutral light and the reverse light goes out and will not come back on. The 4wheeler will start with the pull starter. After it sits or runs for a while the neutral and reverse light will work again. Hit the starter and they go back out. Battery reads 13.5 volts. Funny thing is if you jump the starter solenoid terminals you get nothing. No spark or starter motor.

Got ready to go…and surprise, the bike wouldn’t start, would turn over, no power anywhere. After some troubleshooting, the bike will start with the pull cord but will not shift. The four wheel drive light blinks 7 times…any help would be greatly appreciated

I just rebuilt an 06 TRX 500 Rubicon motor and have a transmission issue I need help with. Following the repair manual, I think I assembled everything in the sub-transmission correctly, put it in neutral and installed all of the gears and made sure they turned. Snapped the housing back together, dropped it in the frame and hooked up the linkage but it will not shift. Light on the display shows it to be in reverse???

I have a 2013 rancher 420 4×4 footshift atv which i thought was in pretty decent shape, i took over payments with very low, all pavement miles on it (got it from a family member) and ever since i got it, it has had a vibration in it in every gear at low RPMs. I thought it was just a break-in thing with the clutch and that it would go away eventually and just kind of got used to it. I have rode it ever since january nearly every day, and i am beginning to think that it is something malfunctioning in the clutch, not a break in thing. The manual says it could be a number of things, but i hate to tear into it blind. Anybody had this same problem/a solution?Attachment 24665

I bought a set of all balls carrier bearings and installed them and then noticed my rear axle sliding back and fourth in the carrier with the locknut assembly tight. Double checked and still did it I don’t know if I was supposed to use two bearings in each side because one bearing aftermarket is half the size of the stock . And noticed the brake disk assembly will not go all the way into the carrier either. Need some help guys I am completely stumped!!

I wanted to run all of the old gas out of it, so I ran it until it sputtered and had to put it on reserve, then ran it some more until it started sputtering / popping out of gas. Put new gas in and it will not return to normal operation. It still sputters like it is out of gas. Fuel filter?

I have a brand new 2015 Honda 420 manual it worked fine, the first day was a bit stiff going through the gears but now it wont shift up while its moving. It will go through the gears not prob sitting still but as soon as you move and let of the gas it wont go to the next gear. any thoughts?
