I have a ATV that I don’t understand what to do. I no how to check for spark and there isn’t any. Also there is no power to the handlebars. When I push the starter button on the handlebar there is no power. Also, the neutral light doesn’t come on when I turn the key on. I had to put on a new handlebar switch and ignition switch because when I bought it both were shot. Can someone give me an idea of what to do now? To solve the handlebar control not working and why I might not be getting spark? Thanks.

2003 Honda 350 Rancher
Hey Folks , I have owned this for 11 years now , a mechanic – ASE Certified , this thing is kicking my backside very hard. NO SPARK , have a Clymer manual , checked most everything , used a graphing meter , and while checking the Black w/yellow stripe at coil now have sometimes 100 volts and sometimes none. I for a minute had it running , jiggled the wires at the key area and now nothing . I did read a thread about wiring harness and how someone replaced harness and all fine. I am thinking I should be able to find the problem in the harness and fix . What am I missing here ?? I have mainly worked on autos and trucks so common problems with these are not in my knowledge base. Please help me before I pull the rest of my hair out ha ha .
Thanks in advance for all your help

Too much oil ?
Doing a oil change on the type 2, the manual calls for 1.8 qts, Will it hurt it to put 2 qts in it ?

2013 trx400x right crankcase cover
Hi
I’m having trouble removing the right crankcase cover.
I’m rebuilding the clutch and have removed all 11 bolts along with disengaging the lifter arm spindle.
The only bolts not removed are the left oil filter cover bolt, and one bolt under the two oil lines, both of which per the service manual don’t hold the crank cover on.
There’s a threaded spindle where the reverse assist stopper arm was removed from.

I’ve tried lightly tapping the case with a rubber mallet to loosen.
Are there any molded pins on the inside of the cover that slip into a female that might keep it from slipping off easy?
I’m hesitant to bank too hard on the case.
Any ideas appreciated.
Recon front brakes…adjustable?
running my old bald tires, front brake worked ok. Replaced rear tires, now won’t stop the bike (still have mostly worn tires on front). Jacked bike up in the air. Spun front wheels, hit brake and stopped. Held front brake lever and could turn wheel By hand…very little resistance. Going to dive into my repair manual,
Know I have front power drum brakes. Are these adjustable like the rears?

Smoke
So my 2013 Foreman is unfortunately smoking a little bit when it gets up to a high rpm. I noticed it today pulling the truck out a hole. Anyway I wanna drain the water in the muffler because I think that might be causing it but it’s the little square bolt right under the muffler that you twister to drain it right? It’s never went deep enough where it could get in the air intake but I have water wheelies through some deep holes and some times it will get a little water in there and burn off but I haven’t went in any water in like a week and Ive probably put a 100 miles on it. Btw it’s white smoke with no blushish tint to it so I don’t think I’m going to have to redo the engine
