I am not new to motorcycles. I raced pro motocross and wrenched bikes for years. I have TRX350 that needed card cleaning. I cannot get any flow through the slow jet. It will run on choke and with throttle so I know the slow jet is still plugged. It will not come out either. It started to break when I put a lot of pressure on it. Do you know where that transfer goes?

rebuilt this bike back last year, and it has been great til now.
the stock carb began leaking, from the primer and from the overflow, and turns out it needed a new float seat.
so, i just bought a new carb.
installed the carb, and when my son drove it off, it began cutting out and surging back repeatedly. you can also give it some throttle in neutral, and it revs up, then cuts out, then revs back up. it also will not idle now for long before going dead.
thinking it was a bad new carb, we swapped it out and put the old one back on. now with the old one on, it is doing the same exact thing. so, it is not the carb.
i checked the spark plug wire, making sure it was still snug on the top of the plug.
at this point i am not sure what i need to check next, does anyone know what these symptoms usual mean on this bike?
hi i need to know when or how to know when the cam or rocker arms need replacing.
i have a 96 fourtrax 300 4×4.
the reason im asking its because i fixed the piston, changed the timing chain and the one way bearing and the quad still makes clicking noises. today y checked the rocker arm and the exhaust had a lot of play so i adjusted it, but still hear a noises.
do the timing chain guides need to be replaced? what happens i don’t change them?
Redo’ing a buddy’s front end on his Foreman. Right front axle nut was totally seized. Tried impact, breaker bar (split my craftsman socket) and finally cut the nut off with my dremel (took a LOOOONG time).
In the process, I buggered up the threads on the end of the axle. Rest of the axle looks good.
Anyone know what size die I need to recut the threads on the end of the axle?
I live out in the boonies so taking it to the local hardware store isn’t an option. They don’t do metric stuff at the only hardware store in town.
Hey, I have a 05 foreman 500 foot shift and the 4×4 isn’t working, I checked the fluid in the front diff and and it must have gotten water in it because it was frozen! So I pulled the drain plug and used a heat gun to melt it and drain it, so then I put new stuff in, same with the rear diff but that wasn’t frozen and I thought that was the problem but it wasn’t, I fixed the vent line where water was getting in and I took it for a test drive, the 4×4 worked for the first 2 minutes then stopped, (it always has done this since the 4×4 cut out) then I was back to 2×4, the 4×4 light on the dash blinks 3 times, pauses, then repeats, but I checked the front diff where it was all frozen and there’s no damage as far as I can tell, if you guys know anything please let me know, thanks
