2011 420 no start but good everything else

The infamous no-start.
Did some reading and some checking.

Back ground: 2011 420 fm, bought it with motor swapped from unknown year and they switched front and rear covers for some reason. Over all a very very poor job done.

Compression: 210 psi
battery: new and have a charger
spark: strong
fuel: has flow to injector don’t know pressure
Used some starter fluid and no dice.
Timing: removed front cover and its in line with good chain

Thought i’d try to read the code but I jumped a red and a green wire with a dummy connector. Blew the main 30 amp fuse. ( it had a 25amp one installed)

I figured having the big three would be giving me some kind of fire.

95 300ex no start problem

ok so here it is. have a 95 300ex that wont start. i thought it was the fuse holder that was bypassing the start solinoid as a few times in the past i had to wiggle the fuse in the holder befor it would start. i went to clean it and one of the fuse holder contacts broke so i replaced it thinkging it would fix it and stull no start. It cranks when i jump the solinoid so where am i going wrong? the wires after the fuse holder look black when i stripped some wire to solder in the new fuse hlder if that means anything to you.

2008 foreman front diff help

Hey fellas I need help determining if my front diff is bad. I have my 2008 foreman trx500fm In the air with all four wheels off the ground.

When I put it in 4×4 the front wheel turns but I can stop it with my hand even if I give it gas. The is no noise at all given.

History on the bike is I bought a project that has been severely abused and swamped. right front axel is connected and left axel is disconnected(broken off)

Is there a way to tell where the problem is? At the motor? At the dif? At the axel?
Thanks in advance!

Flood.

Question for all. If a machine was caught in a flood ..well over the engine and airbox , can or how do you get the water out. We have had some recent flooding in South Carolina. Insurance company will pay most , they are offering a salvage buy back as well. 2015 Kawasaki Teryx. Less than 300 miles. Full Ricochet skids , Warn with syn rope , 360 LED lights , Wind shield , Aftermarket top , gun racks. It was parked when the flood hit. Several hours submerged. Your advice is well appreciated. Thanks.

2013 TRX420 FPA Shift Trouble

Aloha guys!

I have been fighting with this ATV for over a week now every single day. Its a 2013 Rancher 420 with an Auto/ESP trans and Power Steering. Before I get too far, I want to say that I have performed the trans gearbox grease changeout to white lithium, and I’ve changed the shift angle sensor for a new one, neither of which helped at all.

The machine won’t shift at all when in Auto, it just sits in first and runs on the rev limiter. When switched to ESP, it will only go up to 3rd. It goes R-N-1-2-3 without too much issue, but won’t even TRY to go into 4th.

I am at my wits end with this damn thing, and you guys all know WAY more about these machines than I do. I appreciate any guidance, advice, suggestions and ideas. I need this quad back online fully so that we can wrangle the ornery cattle we have.

Mucho mahalos!

Help

I went out for a ride today with my TRX250X and my step dad on the Rancher 4×4 ES. We found a water crossing and I told him where to go….he didn’t listen :icon_evil:. Long story short, he sunk it and I need the spark plug socket (I lost mine for the Rancher and the one one the 250 doesn’t fit) and some oil filters. Ya’ll have any ideas as to where to get those (preferably online)?

Loose front wheels??

1994 fourtrax 300 4×4

my front wheels are really loose so I figured it was the bearings again even though I did them about 2 years ago. I took off the spindles but the bearings don’t really seem bad to me. They move some but not a lot at all. The hub actually seems to be loose inside the bearing race.

Is this a bad bearing or a bad hub? Both side are the same.

2015 foreman 4wd problem

Installed winch and now 4wd not working. The orange wire goes to the 4wd, we initially tried to wire into this but it did not allow the winch to work. We put a tester to this wire and heard clicking noise from under the tank. That’s when we put electrical tape around that and then we wired tge winch to the accessory wire and it works fine. But 4wd still not working . Could that clicking noise be my problem? Could it have done something to the 4wd switch?
