I just got this machine and has a few issues, First was giving code 6, replaced the angle sensor as per the manual and that code went away. Unfortunatly it was replaced with Code 12, I have followed the manual troubleshooting for the shift motor and have ended up with the replace ECU solution. The motor runs very smooth when tested on the bench, The wires to the motor from the ECU check out just fine. The bike is stuck in limp. I never get an N D or R in the display, goes right to blinking code 12. Any Ideas?

hi i am buying a 1986 honda 250 fourtrax for real cheap i mean under $500 the owner said it starts up but he said that there is a change of direction of bevel gears and drive line he said he has a spare motor that comes with it that has the bevel gears so i could replace the broken bevel gears
would this be a really big project as i am a teen who never has opened up a engine before and how much would this cost me

I am tearing into my front diff but am wondering how to get the old input bearing out. Any tricks or tips? Thanks

Im in search of the coil wire for my 01 foreman 450 es. i have found one on amazon for $13…. and on another site with exploded view it has the wire and the boot for the spark bolt are 2 separate parts and comes to about $75. Can anyone help in clarifying this if you’ve had to buy one before.

I have a 2000 foreman Es 4×4 and I just replaced the output shaft which made me have to split the crankcase. Everything is put back together and into frame. Runs perfect shifts through every single gear but the tires will not spin. I had to mess with the clutches a little when I took them off. What could be my problem and how could I fix it? I recently got the 4 wheeler out and it was running ruff after sitting for awhile, so I ordered a carburetor kit and installed new o-rings jets gaskets and cleaned and blew everything out. After putting it back to get her it will fire right up with the choke on, but if I turn it off it dies. It also sounds bad if I try to rev it up. It’s backfiring and sputtering. Thanks for any help.

Just did a rebuild on my 300ex. i replaced the following
-piston
-rings
-intake rocker
-exhaust rocker
-camshaft
-cam sprockets
-cam chain
-gaskets
-clutch pressure plate
The problem is the valves are hitting the top of my piston, thats not my main concern. Got it all back together and started it up and it its smoking white smoke like a freight train. at idle, when given throttle, are my rings not setting right? i had the cylinder honed, not the best hone but is hell of alot better than it was, almost certain i set the timing correctly, set therings in their correct position. im going to replace valves cause of the knocking, would that be my problem? would tat clear the smoke? PLease help!! thank you

pretty sure this is it but just picked up a 350 4×4 and gas tank full of rust. replaced tank and cleaned out carb but wouldnt start. the pic shows what i did with the little black plunger that goes inside the bowl of the carb.

also, since ive never heard this bike run is there a standard # of turns out you would turn out the air mixture screw? (i believe its called that) it was turned out 2.5 turns from bottoming out.
