for some reason the oil level is getting higher. Why would that be. I have not added oil since the oil change. It was high at oil change also.

So i noticed i broke off part of my rocker arm last night somehow… its #11 on diagram Attachment 28794 . its the unique rocker arm that has a flange which is what broke off. it looks like it works with with the decompressor somehow but not sure. does anyone know about this?

I have a 1986 350 Fourtrax that starts and idles fine, but will not keep a consistent rpm when accelerated, both in neutral and while driving. Its seems to do better in 3rd gear on about a third acceleration, but becomes erratic at lower or higher acceleration.
Could this be fuel pump not pumping enough or the carburetor?

I have a 2007 Foreman TRX500FM. Bought it used and it runs great but there’s evidence of a wreck. Some scuffing on the left side of the racks and the boot that goes over the parking brake. No big deal but the thing that’s bothering me is the camber is off just on the left front. The right front is fine. The left front bottom of the tire is about 9/16′ further in than the top. (Picture attached)

I’m new to ATV’s but am very familiar with automotive repair so I gave it a look. I found a worn ball joint and upper A-arm bushing. Replaced them both with OEM parts but the problem remains. I saw a few threads on the subject but couldn’t find where anyone said if they fixed it and more importantly what fixed it.

Has anyone found a fix?

Ok guys I picked up a couple fourtraxs the other day both tore down to frame but got almost every part exept a couple one had a fresh engine rebuild just needs to be installed an the other they said was "locked up" I got to messing with it and put a workig starter on it and it’ll spin it over fine but the kick start don’t work every kick it’ll kick over one then the engine will start making a whining down sound and if I kick it when it’s making that sound it won’t catch but after it stops making that sound it’ll kick over again I read it could be the one way bearing but which one and where is it located or does anyone else have any idea what it could be

I ordered the parts yesterday for a new 4 wheeler I bought. 97 fourtrax 300 4×4. The front differential has a small leak from the left side where the axle goes in. So I figured I would order seals for both sides. I know the axles have to come out (I have not started into the project yet, just looking for some how to.) and the right side upper ball joint is busted. So I ordered it as well. I was gonna do the upper and lower but funds are a restriction unless it needs it. So I guess I’m asking…. How do you remove the axles from the front diff, and how do you remove and reinstall the upper ball joint. Thanks for all the help in advance!!!

This bike has been sitting for a few years.. Cleaned the carb & it starts and runs fine.
When in neutral The "N" shows on the dash, when I put it in drive or reverse I get the fail mode — and it blinks 3 times, pauses and blinks 3 times etc. I put it in drive (esp) and I can’t run thru the gears… just stays in what feels like first gear. When I put it in "auto" Same thing.

I down loaded the manual & it indicates that it is in the position switches… or ECM. Is this right? or am I making this difficult?

Rolled my 2013 rancher on it’s side sunday and scratched up plastics and the rear rack, but managed to ride it home. When i got it home, i checked the oil to find that it reeked of gas… I had to ride about 8 miles to get home and it fired right up as soon as i got it on level ground and acted normally, but i was wondering if i had done any real damage to the engine/trans due to the oil/gas mix in the crankcaseAttachment 28650Attachment 28658Attachment 28666Attachment 28674
I already have the new filter and i’m going to change the oil tomorrow with rotella t6, any other recommendations?

My 250 recons rear shock has seen better days, I can bottom it out by pushing on the rear rack. I have heard the shocks from other hondas will fit and carry more weight? is this true. Also I have heard great reviews on the highlifters shock but I’m from the UK so postage would be very steep. thanks
