I just finished my gear reduction on my rincon, and went to load it up on trailer and winch doesn’t work now?? All I get is a "click" when I push the "in" or "out" button. Any ideas on what happened? I didn’t touch anything with the winch, no wires disconnected or anything besides on the battery.. All help very appreciated, need to fix fast for plowing soon.

If anyone can help? What would the steps be changing the ignition switch one of the wires got cut on the old one. Already got new one. Just hard to chase wires. Any help is appreciated

Hi all. I recently put a few table spoons of sea foam into my cylinder to sit briefly (15 min) and about 1/4 can into less than a half tank of gas. When I started it, at first it kept dying after like 5 seconds and smoking like hell. I expected that with sea foam, I have smoked out an entire neighborhood with an old jeep before. As soon add it would finally idle, I walked in to grab a cig and came out to see my headers glowing red hot. It had idled less than 5 minutes. Is this a sea foam thing, could it possibly have cleaned out enough stuff to where my jetting is way off and I’m super lean, or could it be that I replaced my spark plug wire with a generic spark plug boot from auto zone that is an "interference" reducing wire that it’s is made a little different than the oem? I noticed the center conductor in it was actually a lot smaller than the atv one and it wasn’t copper strands it was grayish looking and the insulation had a few different layers. Thanks in advance

I have a 2012 Honda rancher fm and I was in an accident on September 13 finally got it back from the shop and it won’t start if you don’t tap on the fuel pump. It never had issues before we brought in do they just go out like that or should I fight with the shop to have them replace it. And what is a good site to get oem parts?

Hi folks, I just bought a mint 1986 Honda trx 125 for my son, its perfect, no cracks on the plastics, good rubber, dry engine, drives like a dream…..the question I have is, has anyone ever messed with the carburetor adjustment, it idles so slow and quiet that you can barely hear it run, the issue I’m having, and it isn’t a big one is that it needs more time than I used to warm up, when choked I have to stay on the throttle or it will stall, when its warmed up it runs fine and doesn’t stall, even when I stop and idle in neutral. I just feel like it could use a slightly higher idle, any thoughts? thanks in advance for any and all input.:icon_ laughup:

I just picked up a 96 Honda 300 2wd. It runs great and starts right up with the kick starter, but I’m having some trouble with the electric starter. It grinds like when hold the kick start down as soon as you hit the button. Also, it does act like it doesn’t want to start till you let of the button. I think this may be due to the CDI box from what I have read. I think 96 is when they had the phillips cdi box. Any ideas on the grinding starter? Thanks

I have a Honda rancher es 350 and the electric shift comes and goes if I’m lucky I can turn key off and back on it will work other times 4-5 times then it will work…. I’ve noticed it does it alot when it warms up…. I was told the shift motor??? But could it be the shift angle sensor???? It only has 22 hours on it could any one help me please.
