Looking for Service Manual

I’m looking to get a service manual for a 2001 Xplorer Polaris 250. Looked at varies places here on the forum and did not run across info on one. Did try to use the ASK download and bailed out of that since it wants to download things I do not want or need. Any help would be appreciated.

New owner! 1996 Xpress 400 2×4

So I am new to the world of Polaris, and just picked up a 1996 2wd Xpress. Now I have plenty of experience on other atv’s and dirtbike’s. I bought it of the original owner and it was always garage kept and very well maintained!
As soon as I bought it I added new wheels and tires, LARGER wheels and tires! I went with 25/10/12 in the rear and 25/8/12 in the front. It made a huge difference with the handling and looks. Also added Polaris bags to the front and rear.
Need to replace the tie rod ends, and that is about it.
Here are the before and after pics, and one after the first 20 mile ride today!!

300 Carb Fuel Inlet Pipe Came Out! – Help

The press fit fuel inlet pipe (not sure of the actual name but where the fuel line connects to) came out. It appears to be part of the carb body and not a part that can be bought separately. The fuel line comes out when riding causing the engine to stop and spilling gas out across the top of the carb – not very safe or fun…..

How should I fix this?

Thanks in advance.

01 explorer 250 two stroke no start

I was driving my explorer the other day and it just puttered up on me and quit. I restarted and it eventualy started, but didn’t run very well. It now will not even start. It cranks fine, just doesn’t start.

I checked for spark, and I got that. Pulled the carb after cranking it and there was fuel after the carb into the engine. I can get it to fire on starting fluid.

Any ideas on what I got going on?
Is my engine bad?
What else can I check?

Polaris xplorer 400 idle issue

New to the forum
So heres the deal i picked up a 2000 xplorer 400 that was not running, long story short i got it running and in all gears. my question is the issue with my idle adjustment screw, no matter if i screw it all the way in or all the way out it does not affect the idle whatsoever the only way i can adjust the idle is through the throttle cable on the handle bars. Am i doing something wrong here? what could be the issue? Air/fuel adjustment?
Thanks

95 Xplorer 300 4×4 won’t start

So far I have replaced the old fouled plug (cylinder has compression and there is spark), changed all fuel lines, put a new needle in the carb and a bowl gasket, as well as check for spark. On first round of trying to start it, I had the top cap off the carb and after a few pulls it started right up so I shut it off and reassembled the carb. After getting everything set to the factory adjustments for a base line, the wheeler won’t start up but the engine will spin over as if it’s about to take off. I’m no expert when it comes to carbs so any pointers would help, I’m stumped on what to do next.
