2015 sportsman 850 won’t drive in any gear

Hi. I have searched and can find anything exactly like my problem. I have a 2015 sportsman 850 and this weekend while riding it got hard to shift. Eventually I was riding in low and it just stopped going. I took the belt box off and the belt is spinning, I can spin the drive shaft with my hands in every gear including park. I drained the transmission fluid and there were no chunks of metal and I can’t hear anything chattering that sounds like it Would be in the transmission. Anybody have an idea before I take it to the dealership?

Newbie looking for some helpful info

I’m new to the forum and Just bought a 2015 sportsman 850SP. I’ve been shopping around for a small lift (2" to 3") and I’m blown away by the prices. I’m a sheet metal mechanic (welder/fabricator) and I’m very well capable of building the lift I just need to know the dimensions of the hole center on these lift kits if anyone has one and can measure it. Also could make multiple kits for a fraction of the cost if anyone is interested.

$.99 Ebay Auctions for Motoalliance Products

Hey Gang,

We are running our monthly $.99 auctions on Ebay. They are very popular and you can often get solid discounts this way. You’ll see other inexpensive products on auction here too.

moto-alliance | eBay

The auctions are mostly for our SIRIUS and SIRIUS PRO lights as well as our IMPACT IMPLEMENTS.

SIRIUS STANDARD
Our SIRIUS line of lights competes with the ultra-cheap Chinese stuff on Ebay. China vendors have set up warehouses in the USA and are shipping direct to customers. There seems no customer service and quality control would be dicey at best on these. But they are cheap. Our SIRIUS line is a bit more expensive, but we are doing all the R&D and working directly in manufacturing these.

SIRIUS PRO
The SIRIUS PRO line is second-to-none in the industry (I’m biased of course). But we’ve had report after report of them performing as well or better than RIGID or VISION X and the other top end brands. Our engineer has automotive patents and knows what he’s doing on these. You can get them for 50% less than RIGID — even on a retail basis, but less an auction.

IMPACT IMPLEMENTS
Our IMPACT IMPLEMENTS are awesome for acreage, food plots, land prep, etc. They are sold in mass volume through Cabela’s, Acme Tool, and Sportsman Guide as well.

Check out all the specs in the listings. Enjoy!

2014 WV 850 – Selling for RZR

Posting to see if there is any interest in a 2014 WV850 with Terrain Armor (non-pneumatic tires). I have about 10-12 hours on it. It is an absolute beast. I have all the brochures and specs, but those can be found on here just as well.

I check this thread rarely, can reach me via e-mail (cliff griffin@yahoo.com) or text me at 972.415.3363. Located in Plano Texas.

2008 700Twin EFI ..Repair’s

Ive been working on my 700 , general maintenance , PMI .and so forth.

Punch list :
Water Pump Seal : Hot Rod’s Water Pump Kit. Part Number: WPK0055
Drive shaft universal’s : Napa #338
Front Wheel bearings: #510014
Ball Joints : Aftermarket
Brakes: Aftermarket
Brake fluid replacement
trans flush and fill.
New seat anchors. : Brass replacements DIY
New control arm bushings and pin’s , (bearing?): Imperial Shaft Stock DIY

After noticing an ever so small use of coolant from the surge tank , I need the water pump shaft seal.

Does any one have dimensions for the installer tool?

I own a lathe so I made parts where I could.

I made the seat anchors from brass, removed the rivet threads and welded in threaded inserts.

At $20 bucks a pop from the dealer , I made my own bearing pins. I needed 8 of them , plus the two longer ones on the rear knuckle.
