I bought these mirrors (ATV Mirrors with mounts – Left & Right side ). I like the mirrors but it seems like the main stem is not adjustable. The mirror itself has great adjustability but I would like them higher as I have a box in back. Anyone else have these mirrors?

Code Question On 800 Sportsman
I turned the key on/off 3 times just a little while ago to see if it was showing any codes, and it popped up WAIE and I was wondering what this meant? Thats the only thing it showed and then said end and went off.

2000 Polaris sportsman issue please help!!
I’m new to the forum and also new to owning an ATV. I was given a 2000 Polaris sportsman 500. There are a few issues with it that I’m hoping to get figured out. When I got it i had to pull start it since the battery was dead. It was a new battery I was told but it seems to not stay charged. I rode around for 10-20 minutes and it overheated, the fan didn’t come on. So I decided to go get a new battery first. Replaced the battery, fan came on as it should and it didn’t over heat and I rode around for a good hour. An hour later I came back out to ride around again and the battery was dead! Pull started it rode around for a short time, fan wasn’t coming on…overheated. Something somewhere is draining the battery. Why does it keep doing this. I’m somewhat good with fixing stuff but by no means a mechanic. Hoping someone could give me some opinions.
I was thinking the fan should come on when it’s running regardless of the battery?? I’d imagine there’s a sensor somewhere that tells it when to come on but why does it only work with a new battery. I figured if I pull started it and it is running then the fan would work. Like I said I’m no mechanic so any help is greatly appreciated!

05 sportsman 90 transmission issue????
I just bought my daughters a. Used 05 sportsman 90 . it starts and runs. In drive it’s very slow to take off. But In reverse takes off fine. Sometimes in forward it will take off but then will Peter out and just not move . especially in high grass.
Tools and stuff for back country riding
New to ATVing and by the end of the summer I’ll probably be heading out into some remote mountain regions for some back country trail riding, and I’m wondering just what kind of stuff/tools etc I should bring along in case of breakdowns/events etc. Short list so far includes a GPS (probably a Garmin Montana 650T), a tire repair kit, and courtesy of my Mom one of those satellite personal locator beacons, probably the ResQLink+ from ACR.
Any other suggestions for stuff that might come in handy?
