A-Arm bushing replacement

Is this as straight forward as it looks or do I have a surprise outside of just removing end bolts, replacing bushings and re-tightening?

This is on a 2003 Sportsman 6×6. DO I need to support the center frame with a jack before I take bolts out? Other?

Valves?

My 2015 Sportsman 850 SP has 43 HRS. on it so it is almost through the break in period. I was at the trail ride this weekend and it was smoking a little, but what was strange was it was in the same spot on the trail every time. When I ride the trails its usually with a group of about 5 to 8 machines. On this trail in the beginning we really didn’t get to speeds of more than about 5 to 7 MPH. Once we reached the hills and I needed to get on the throttle to climb is when it smoked. After that the speeds get up to about 10 to 12 MPH and no more smoke. I do not sink my machine nor do I bury it in mud any deeper then the top of my foot rest. My machine is stock for now, but plan on doing a couple of MODS. One of the guys I ride with said that he thinks the valves need to be adjusted. Is this something that is common? My warranty hasn’t run out yet, will they do that under warranty? Thanks for the help in advance.

which tires to get

ok guys going with 28" in size. now should the tire be outlaw 2 or mega mayhem.
we ride about 30 trail 30 mud 40 creek. which would be the best of the two tires for sportsman 570 esp. also looking at running skinny’s. or are there any other idea of tires. would like the tires to have at 1 1/2 " lugs.

2011 Sportsman 500 Brake Help Needed

Hey Guys,

I am visiting a friend this weekend up in the mountains and he developed a brake problem with his ATV and I am trying to help him out before I have to leave.

Originally the rear reservoir cap became loose and he lost his brakes, he attempted to refill/bleed the system with no luck, I tried the same but want to make sure everything is doing what it should before I spend my afternoon bleeding some more.

Currently the individual brakes (handle or foot) are pretty much non-functional, however using them both at the same time will give you a hard lever/pedal and will operate the brakes. The rear caliper obviously has two lines to it, and two bleed screws, what I don’t exactly understand is why. If its a single cylinder I can’t understand how you could have a separate system and if they are separate, I don’t understand why they are affecting each other.

I tried to bleed the two bleeder screws, the rear reservoir never changes level through the bleeding process. Is there something I am missing? I cant say I understand how this system works. Thanks for any help!
