1998 Sportsman 500 was working fine. We use it around the farm. Started out one day as normal. I didn’t get very far and remembered I did not fuel up so returned to garage and filled up the tank. ATV will now not start. It turns over fine, but won’t fire up.

The air filter seems clean enough. I took it off to see if that would help. I covered the hole with my hand to check for vacuum. It seems strong. A little gas came back through the air box when I stopped trying to crank it and the spark plug is wet. Does that indicate it is flooded?

Hey guys I needed to replace my LR-60 solid state relay. I had it unplugged for a few days and cleaned the board with electrical parts cleaner and now have no idea where to plug anything in. Can someone help me out? Pictures or diagram?

I’m thinking about adding a small led light bar to the front.

Who runs these and what best, flood or spot lighting. Post some pictures if possible.

I am replacing the oil seal/water pump seal with a Quad Logic kit and it has an O-ring in it and I need to know where it goes. I am stuck after the oil seal and wanted to make sure I do not install more without having to remove.
Anyone done this before with this kit?

I was considering to change my original tire on my Sportsman 850 2015 with Interco ATV Tire – Swamp Lite 27-11-14 (6 Ply). They are one inch higher than the original size. Would this affect the ATV and the warranty?
Would it warn or damage de mechanic?
I heard they have a good grip in gravel, rock and light mud. . I don’t need big tread because this will be not be comfortable on federal trail.

I was also considering the Bighorn but I find them expensive for the small amount of tread.

What would you consider?
