Putting in a SW Terra 35 and I’ve decided the crimp I’m looking at here isn’t something I can reproduce so I need to figure out who to take this wire to get the end put back on after I get it shortened to where I need it. Never having delt with wires this big I have no idea who I could go to just locally to get this done. What kind of (electrical?) business would deal with stuff like this?

Do you guys use AWD at all times? Or just when you need it?

I tend to turn it on only when I think I might need it. But sometimes I wonder if I should leave it on at all times so that that it would kick it even at the slightest slippage such as loose gravel or sand etc…reducing strain on the rear axels.

Title says it all, I believe my radiator is clogged up badly. Last time I tried to ride, it overheated shortly after setting out. I try to clean it as well as I can after each ride, but apparently it’s not enough.

My question is, how hard is it to take the front end apart enough to either get closer to the radiator with the hose, or remove it completely for a thorough cleaning?

Hello all. This is my first post here. I hope this site helps me solve a problem and maybe I could help others sometime!

Anyway, I have a 1999 Polaris sportsman 335 and the oil cooling fan does not come on at all. I have tried to bypass the temp sensor by unplugging the 2 yellow/black wires coming from the sensor and turned the key to on…nothing. I have power going to the fan as the red/white and orange/black wires coming from the fan are both "hot" and light up my test light.

Now, I was able to get the fan working when I unplugged the orange/black wire from the fan and grounded it to the frame. I see this orange/black wire goes to a black box that I think is a ECM??? Is there a wire that I should be checking that comes from this ECM that could be a ground that is loose?…Or would a bad ECM not be allowing a ground connection? Is there a way to test the ECM itself?

Hi Everyone,

I have a 07 800 and it just started acting up and wont start. When you turn the key on, the guage keep flashing on and off quickly and fuel pump keeps turning on and off quickly but it wont turn over. Any ideas of common problems.

All of a sudden my quad is idling way high (like 1820). Seems to me it used to be around 1200. Is there a simple fix or do I need to take it to a dealer?
