i got an older cycle country plow and have found that the new ones push tubes are longer, i plan to extend mine to at least the new length, but would like to know how far others stick out from the front, the pic shows how i measured mine if i could have someone please measure yours to see how it compares that would be great. Replaced my headlight bulb with Polaris Part #2876464 Polaris Xenon Blue Bulbs for all 3 lights. I have found that my main headlight is absolutely useless in that it seems to be pointing up to space! It does not illuminate anything of importance. I have tried to adjust it down and it won’t go down enough. The bulb seems to be seated fine as there is only one way for it to go.
Is there a replacement LED mod for this? Anyone else not happy with the highbeam?

I am trying to find the sweet spot idle on my new 15-570.Took the rubber boot off the accelerator cable and if I turn the cable too far out the engine races at idle.If i turn it in, the motor wants to stop on sharp turns or after full throttle.I am now truing to set my idle with it in gear and as I turn the cable, the bike will start to move forward,so I back it down then it runs real low and sounds like it is chocking out.How do you set yours.
I am looking for air filter options. I ride in extreme dust all summer and I do not trust the paper filter that comes stock on the 570. Maybe I am being over protective??
I was thinking on going to a foam (with oil applied) but am not sure. Can anyone recommend a brand? Size?
570 is starting to squeak going over rough terrain now.Could this be my shocks or suspension,hard to tell where it is coming from.Bike just came back from dealer with it’s first oil change,they said they greased it for me.What should I be looking for.Is this normal after break-in……
Unloaded my machine made it 1/2 mile over heat light came on, Problem
the hose to the water pump ( Big hose on right side) Had been resting on foot brake bracket it over time vibrated a hole in the hose and lost my anti freeze shut it off let it cool, Started it and made it to truck, Went to auto zone bought a hose and fixed it, Zip tied the hose up off brake lever, re filled anti freeze hose cost 3.00 Polaris wants 22.00 for this hose, They call it a formed hose cause one end is bigger, I oiled the end of long handle shovel and forced hose onto it making one end bigger, It has worked just fine, Good Luck
You cant see the hole but rub your finger on bottom of hose you will feel the gouge in hose
I have an opportunity to purchase a slightly used, female owned 2014 570 Sportsman with EPS. Can anyone tell me if this model is EFI? I would hate to drive the hour + to find out that it is not. A few unreliable sources has told me all 2014 570’s are EFI.
Hey guys I know there have been a few discussions on this but wanted to offer my setup. Key here is its CHEAP! But I need help installing as I don’t know the best way based on how ATVs are used out in the open.
I have cut a hole in the blank rubber service switch in the housing and this worked-out fitting nicely and providing good weather-proofing for the switch.
My issue is really how to run all of the wiring including the relay, a couple of fuses, etc. I don’t feel like there is a whole lot of space to just zip tie this stuff to the frame and I don’t know how weather-proof this would be. My idea currently is maybe to store all of it in an electrical housing and secure in the front storage compartment and run the wires through the drain plug, use one of the bolts inside for the ground.
Is there somewhere else I should store all of this? I am also concerned with this cheap wiring harness being that the power is 14g and many of the other wires are 18 and 20g. Its rated for 30-40AMP but I have replaced the fuse with 10 given I have the single light bar. I also assume run the light bar feed through the grill behind it and secure as I can? I have marine-grade heat shrink tubing that I plan to solder and cover all connections I can as well as use wire glue for all connections.
Ideas on how to run the wire a different way are welcome. I’m really basic so appreciate detail in your response–I want to do it professional on my new 570 quad!
