Heavier springs

I am looking into getting the white 570eps. I will be mostly trail riding but will be using for yard work and plowing. I have looked into putting heavier springs up front to help. Has anyone on here does this and if so how did it effect your trail riding?

3rd head light

I’m putting a Wild Boar Radiator kit on my machine. My third pod light will pretty much be useless. I thought about doing the 3 light mod, but putting a 12 or 14 LED bar on the lower part of my Wild Boar bracket. Does this seem logical if I just use the stock wiring for the LED light bar. Just splice into the wires and use the same switch?

Sorry if that sounds confusing. Can’t really think of a different way to word it.

Winch Solenoid Location

I’m in the process of installing the Badland 3500 winch on my 570. I have the winch mounted and I’m working on the wiring now. Does anyone have any suggestions for where to mount the solenoid? I’m thinking near the radiator and the fuse block. The cables that run from the solenoid to the winch are not very long (approx 2 feet) and do not provide many options for mounting. Also, did you do anything to cover the circuit breaker on the positive lead?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

2300 miles

Still have nothing bad to say about the machine. Just wish the fit and finish was a little better on some of it but overall it has been a good machine so far. I fixed the heat issue from day one and it does get a little hot by the right ankle if riding slow in shorts but keeping up a decent pace it isn’t to bad. I have a few bubbles in the vent hose but I don’t worry about it anymore unless it blows up. I have a couple of rattles I am trying to track down and the driveline noise is pretty loud. Still getting 27-28mpg which I like a lot so I don’t have to carry as much fuel for rides when I go exploring. I have about 33hr to go before the next fluid change.I am going to stick with synthetic atf in the front and 5w20 in the tranny. I have 5W40 RP in the engine now just not sure if I will stay with it or go back and try the Popo 10W50 since the analysis was so good. I guess what the dealer says will answer that question. I almost forgot to mention the seat fitment sux and working on a fix.

Hello everyone, I’m a new member with several questions on a 570. I’m not new to atv’s, I’ve owned several over the years but never had a Polaris. My current ride is a Suzuki KQ500, and it’s about to get handed down to my wife. And I’m looking to purchase a new sportsman 570. I’ve been reading a lot on forums and doing research for several weeks now. What do I need to look for when buying a Polaris 570? I really don’t want a 570sp as I’m not a fan of 14" rims and tires, I’d like to keep it simple and go with a base model 570 if possible. I’ve read of many people complaining of heat issues and noisy transmissions, have these issues been worked out with certain build dates? If so where can I find this on the current models? Any info anyone can provide will be very helpful and appreciated. I’m open to all suggestions so fire away and help me out. Thank you.

Sportsman 570 backfiring

My brand new (only had it for 5 days) 570 has started bogging down and backfiring when I accelerate. It doesn’t do it every time, and it’ll still accelerate in stages and get up to speed. It has a little over 100 miles on it and has no other problems. Is there an easy fix for this or should I just take it back to the dealer?
