When I move handle bars back and forth it squeaks pretty loud, Cant find a grease zert anywhere anyone else get this noise, Called dealer they said if its squeaking better bring it in, I will as soon as the trailer they sold me gets the axle replaced from bearings going out,

’15 570 EFI, brake light does not come on when you apply the foot brake, works fine with the hand brake…where they manufactured this way or do I have an issue?

I just picked up a 2015 570 EFI for the wife who after 20 years of being my dirt biking partner has decided she wants the stability of 4 wheels…I always knew this day would come, it will for me too one day…not yet! but one day, lol. Anyway been reading thru posts and see I’ll need to do some heat shielding/wrapping, clutch upgrading, tire upgrading, etc, etc…holy crap I wish KTM made Utility Quads, their bikes are bulletproof and ready to go off the floor! well regardless I need to know from you guys all the good and bad of this machine that now sits within an ocean of orange in my garage. I appreciate the input gang…service tips, tricks, etc. would be greatly appreciated! Thanks again and we’ll see you on the trail!

Im interested in buying some wheels for my polaris 570 and i was looking at the msa m26 vibe wheels in the dark tint version and cant find many atvs with them and im wondering how they would look on mien sence mien is camo if any body has any picture that woudl really help

Has anyone been able to get their hands on a 2015 version? I would love to have it for YEARS down the road when I need it, LOL! Hoping and praying…

So I tried to stiffen my Suspension this weekend but it seems I don’t have the special tool to adjust it. Has anyone used a normal shop tool such as a c clamp or something else to try and adjust it.

Bought my 2015 Sportsman 570 new in February. I have about 400 flawless miles on it. Today I loaded it up, drove 45 mins to the trail head, unloaded, started it, let it idle about 10-12 minutes while I got my things in order, which is normal, then headed down the trail. Approx 200 yards later the engine shut down. Started it, drove another 200 yards, same thing. Engine light came on, had a message in the display that read, Hck ENG. I have full electrical power, but engine shuts down. Any ideas? Oil is full, coolant is full, fuel tank is full, never had an issue before. Luckily it happened 200 yards from my truck instead of 20 miles down the trail. I am also still under warranty, dealer can’t get it in ’till the 16th.

EDIT: It will start and idle just fine, but won’t drive more than about 200 yards.

New 570 (11 mi./1.8 hours) If I’ve been riding for 20-30 min and take a rest and turn key off and if I turn back on to ACC it activates the radiator fan should I leave it on? I know this will drain battery but is it best practice to let the fan do its thing for as long as it wants? Thanks.

Hi guys I’m from Australia. Just got a new 570 I wanted a 2015 the dealer says the vin number says 2015 but the sticker says manufacture 16/7/2014. Have I got a 14 or 15. Apparently there’s a difference in rear axels which I may need one day.
