Im having a tough time finding a decent lift kit. I wanna do it right and am looking for suggestion… Im running 28 inch tires… Looking at doing clutches, would it be worth doing engine braking while.I’m in there since the 570 is awesome at making clunking noises going down hills? Thanks in advance….
My 1st oil change was done through the dealer but recently changed it on my own 1.5 quarts came out of my quad to which I added the recommended 2 quarts of PS-4 full synthetic oil. It now reads way above the line on the dipstick like I overfilled it. Not only that but I bought the oil change kit from a Polaris dealer which comes with a filter but not even the same one that was on there. Done a whole lot of oil changes on other stuff but this one is upsetting even after going through the recommended procedure.
has anyone had wheel bearings go bad on the 570 yet? my are bad I have just over 800 miles on it and both front bearings are bad. are they covered under warrenty if not whats the best ones oem or aftermarket thanks for any replys
I just changed the front diff fluid on my 2014 Touring 570 and was surprised at how dirty the fluid was. The ATV has 130 hours and 1400 miles, mostly on dirt roads. Not a lot of chance to engage the front hub. I thought the fluid would come out clean, but it was dark brown and as you swirled it around in the drain pan you could see plenty of dirt. The drain plug has a magnet and it had captured a lot of filings. I know the front diff has an electronically engaged clutch pack, so I believe the dirtiness comes from that. I refilled it with full synth ATF fluid.
Bottom Line
Don’t go 100hrs before changing the front diff fluid and certainly don’t go 130hrs. Maybe half that long. It only takes 15 minutes and is simple to do. A quart of full synth ATF is less than $5. SO DO IT.
Has anyone else seen this level of dirt in the fluid?
Am I going to find that level of dirt in the fluid when I do the transmission/rear diff?

I am new tot he forum and new to ATV’s and I am certain my question will support that. My ATV is a 2014 Sportsman 570 EFI. My manual tells me to be sure to give maximum 3 pumps of grease to the FRONT PROP SHAFT YOKE. The picture in the manual points to a hole that I am seeing as roll pin. I am not seeing a zerk/fitting there. Can someone point me to this grease fitting?…… or better yet attach a pic.

Got a cheap winch half price so decided to for it. Made up a bracket. Materials for the bracket were under $40 aussie dollars. Bit of a pain to get the nuts in behind but it all fits up nicely. May upgrade to the kfi bracket or popo winch if changing diff oil is to hard though.
I do have more pics of the build if people are interested
