Ordered a Polaris bumper for mine, anyone know or could measure theirs? Looking for the measurement where a light bar would bolt up, between the tubes inside measurement, looking to order the biggest bar I can fit

438 miles and 25hrs, I decided to go ahead and service my machine. Atv 10w-40 in the engine, 5w-20 in the trans, and ATF-4 in the front diff (thanks Ronnie). Anyway when I finished I rode around abwan hour, and no ‘clunking’ at all! Don’t know how long it will last, but it sure felt good not to hear it!

I am new to this forum, and new to the Polaris owners club. I have recently Purchased a 2014 570HD (Australian Model). I would like to add an LED reverse light which turns on Automatically when reverse is selected, I am not interested in the Reverse Override function which other threads mention.

I was wondering if anyone could help me with any wiring diagrams/ideas of how complete just the automatic reverse light mod using an Auxilary LED light?

Can it be completed using only one relay, using a wire spliced from the gear selection sensor for reverse (I believe this is purple?) as the trigger wire (30) for the relay? A power wire from the battery (or a power source) to 86, a ground wire to 85 and the positive wire from the light to 87?

Any help appreciated

Was having some overheating issues on muddy trails (90% of what I ride) so I took the dive and got a relocate kit.

Wanted to document the process in case anyone else wants to do one or has questions.

All the front plastics off to get the radiator out

This was the back of the radiator. I washed the crap out of this from the front but as you can see at least 10% was still blocked

Mounted unit, still have to run the hoses and wire up the light bar.

Overall it’s a fairly simple task just time consuming

Man I sure hate to beat a dead horse, but my 2015 570 came home after a first service at 450 miles running like crap. After it heats up it starts backfiring and making all kinds of strange sounds. Smells like raw fuel too.
PO PO Dealer says they can’t figure it out because it won’t show a code. I literally rode it 3 miles after the 1st service after driving 300 miles to go on a trip when it started. They have had it for 2 weeks now. Thinking I better go get it and preform the PO PO exorcism and put a Can Am in the garage. This is my 11th Polaris since 95 and hate to change, but this one has me baffled.

Well first trip out on new machine 200 km over a week last day no power steering for one and apply hand brake hold for a bit and goes right to hand grip
It is going back to dealer on Friday to see what is going on with it

I recently have 27 mudlites and it sits really low and sometimes it will rub what lift kit can i do?Without changing my stock axels i don’t want anything big either

Im having a tough time finding a decent lift kit. I wanna do it right and am looking for suggestion… Im running 28 inch tires… Looking at doing clutches, would it be worth doing engine braking while.I’m in there since the 570 is awesome at making clunking noises going down hills? Thanks in advance….
