My 2015 570 quits charging when it gets wet. The dealer figured it was the voltage regulator and sent me out a new one. I changed it the other day, went thru a mud puddle today and it quit charging again. Anybody have any ideas? I am going to phone the dealer again tomorrow on it and see what they think
The title says it all I was just moving my girlfriends 2015 sportsman 570 and one of the rear axles is popping like crazy. All the searches I find are saying ace sportsman 570
Ok got my led bar installed but every time I hook up a led rocker switch to it the positive wire heats up quick and blows my switch ( I have a wire from the ground terminal to the earth and a white wire from my relay to the load middle prong and my positive wire from the terminal right to the supply prong on my switch)
Looking for aftermarket parts for my 2015 sportsman 570. Can’t find much. Is it the same quad as the 2014 model so I can just buy parts for that for mine?
So I purchased a new 54" plow this year since my Warn Pro Vantage (more like pro garbage) didn’t fair so well last winter. And I have to say I’m really impressed with this plow. It came mostly assembled and the few nuts and bolts I did have were very easy to install as well as the mount bracket. I’ll be using the plow commercially and the push frame seems very strong. The dealer said there isn’t any weak welds like the glacier pro which is another plus.

Does anyone know what generates that cracking noise which occur 2-3 second after shutting down the engine? Sounds like something is going back to base position..
