Quick question
I am gonna do a 100 mile service on my 2014 Sporty 570 base model…
I will order up the K&N oil filter and Rotella T6 5W-40, brake pads(EBC FA159X), and I want to get the trans and the front diff fluid.
I can order it all from Amazon, but I want to make sure that I get the right fluids…
I need 1 bottle of the AGL, and also a bottle of Demand drive fluid? Or are those the same and I need something else?
If someone could just rattle off the Polaris recommended fluids for me, that would be great…
Also have an Iridium plug to toss in, and I already cleaned the air filter so I am ready to go there…
Thanks!
Heat treat stock axles?
I work in heat treat department at work and was talking to a coworker about me buying gorilla axles and he’s trying to talk me into just buying 1 and heat treat the rest of the axles to make them stronger.
What do you guys think of that?
Has anyone on here ever done it?
You think its worth it to try?

Performance mod for 570, 15% more hp and torque
Now I understand what you guys are saying about the stock tires.
Then…A few weeks I bought another 570, EPS Version. Came with the suckhole Carlisle stock tires. The difference is un-friggin-believable. These things don’t grab anything, other than when you’re on pavement. I compared a tight two-point 90 degree turn I have to make where I store my firewood. It’s basically a rough dirt/gravel area, and I use 2wd. From a stop, you crank the wheels to the far left, and give it a little gas, trying to make a 90 degree turn. The Carlisle’s just go straight forward, don’t grip at all. The Maxxis tires on the SP turn directly left, no sliding forward. Simply amazing the difference tires can make.
I bought the 2nd 570 for my wife/daughter to ride. No way am I letting them go out on these tires. I’m dumping the Carlisles and getting some real tires asap.
The only thing fun about the stock Carlisles is when I wanna emulate my old 400ex and drift the turns on the gravel roads. They have almost NO traction, so in 2wd you can feel like a sport quad and drift that rear end all the way around a corner. I have to work like crazy to do in with the SP. But the EPS just requires a slight boost to the throttle and it’s there goes the rear end to the outward side of the turn. Wow. Big thumbs down for Carlisle.
Got my new (and first) ATV!
Got a 2015 Polaris 570 EPS (Sage Green). Primary use is to plow our long country driveway and to take it out to the farm for hunting and doing work.
I still need to order the plow and winch but I figure I have another month before I need to be concerned with snow.
So far I have just driven it around our yard (2 acres) so nothing too crazy.
Attaching a pic of the unit just before I drove it off the dealer lot in Indy. Only have a few miles on it so far but I am having some fun. It really gets up and goes.
Unit was I think $6700 after all the sales tax and other stuff was added in.

Intergrated Winch Won’t Fit
Thoughts? Could I be installing it wrong?
Thanks in advance!!!
