What size front tires will fit on stock rims without spacers? I want 9 inch fronts without spacers or wheel change. Does anyone have that set up?

I have a 2015 570 that needs some decent tires. I have a second set of stock steel rims that im going to mount these on that way I can use it in the yard without tearing up the grass. I have already decided on the Kenda Bearclaw HTR’s. What I need some input on is the size. I want to do 27/9×12 fronts and 27/11×12 rears. I know i will need front spacers to fit the 9" wide fronts.

Will i be able to fit those 27" tires without any rubbing issues?

If i put spacers up front do I also need to put spacers in the rear so it will ride correctly and not have a wider stance in front than in the rear?

This summer I was out wheeling here in Colorado along a nice smooth forest service road. The road has occasional large rocks on it (fire road off Guanella pass to Argentine). I was doing about 25-30 and thought I could swerve by the mother of all rocks. Nope. I mashed it pretty hard with one wheel and completely lost my EPS. Hurt at bit from the whiplash of the steering. So I turned the machine off, and back on, and it came back fine. But ever since then it’s been weak. You basically don’t feel it all in 4wd, and in 2wd it’s sorta feels like it’s half there.

After getting a second 570 with EPS I now realize that there is something wrong with my first one, by comparison.

Any suggestions on how to fix or look at it? I’m not afraid to wrench anything. It’s definitely working "somewhat", but not full strength. Maybe 40%. Looking for that magical answer about tightening some magic bolt that will make it whole again. 🙂

Just wondering if I can run my heated grips with the ATV off, but have my battery maintainer hooked up.
Mainly want to heat up the grips before I head out on cold mornings without having to start it and let it run for 10 mins. Live quite close to neighbours so the quicker I’m outta there the better.

I can get the info on my charger/maintainer if needed.

So I just got the Boss ATV20 speaker tube. It powers up via the 12v cigarette lighter plug. Just curious if I should ONLY plug it in while the ATV engine is running? If I had it plugged in and music playing and I stopped to let the engine cool down for 5-10 mins could I keep the speakers going?

Any tips, tricks, etc.? I’m assuming it would still play while the ignition in the accessory position. Going to hook it up and try it out tonight.

So here’s a quick history of my wifes ’15 570, built 6/3/15 purchased 7/3/15 … Upon receipt I tore it down and went over everything, sent the exhaust and heat shields out for Cerakote 1500 Ceramic Coating, DEI Heat-shield treatments where applied to the tank, seat bottom, frame rails, Frogzskin was applied to the air intake tubes, installed a PP integrated HD2500 winch, installed PP hand-guards…removed PP hand-guards and went with the VIP-Air Windshield & Kimpex Mirror set-up, Installed a Quad Boss Trunk and a set of the removable 2-Up Footrest stirrups. Added 2-1 Gallon Rotopax Gas cans & Mounts to the Trunk, purchased the Glacier Pro Plow set up, installed ATV-Guru brush guards front & back…tires and wheels after she burns off the stockers…currently at 292 miles 25.4 hrs, Motor Oil changed at 5hrs, Motor Oil & Diffs at 20hrs…every 50 from here on out…all this so I can continue riding my dirtbike…she walks in the garage last night an says…can you make it Pink! … %$#& me

Hi all, new to forum. Got a 2015 570 about 3 weeks ago now. I’ve put about 150 miles on it so far. And I love it. But he last few times out I keep hearing a high pitch squeek in the front… Seems to be in the right side but its hard to tell. It squeeks even more when I put the brakes on. I have greased all the zerks and it didn’t make a difference.. Any ideas??? Dont want to bring it in if its something simple because I’ve heard the dealer can take along time to fix and I want to ride before I have snow. Thanks

Looking at getting kenda bearclaw htr’s 26x9x12 fronts and 26x11x12 rear mounted on STI HD4’s just wondering if I will have any clearance or rubbing issues? New to this any help would be great
