Anybody have any Hiper Wheels or any Fasst Flexx Bars that will fit a 06 Polaris Predator 500 forsale?

Alright people I’m a little lost. I have an 03 predator 500 just put a wiseco 12.5:1 compression piston and aftermarket air filter setup with air box removed (just a tube with cone filter) has hmf slip on and180 main jet. Now before I did the piston and filter it ran great but now it has less power than before, a very loud tick ( valves are not hitting timing is right) And has bad lag when I punch it. also before the piston and filter had 170 jet I bumped it to 180 after and it improved some but still not right. Any help is appreciated!

My predator 500 doesn’t run. It has spark, compression, and fuel but the cams or timing and timing chain don’t move when I turn the flywheel with a socket. aren’t they suppose to move when doing this? also the spark is weak and the crab slightly mists fuel thru the back when trying to start it by putting fuel in the cylinder. Why is the fuel not igniting?

I gotta 02′ Polaris Predator 50. Got this Atv with few parts missing and wires unplugged, and spliced from all over. Trying to get it back going.
I got all componets back on the atv. Got a schamatic. Got all the wires back in place. But still no spark. My question are:

How to straight wire the key switch, it is a 4 wire key switch?

How to test the coil, stator, and cdi box if possible?

Is an in line spark tester the one with bulb, for automobiles a suffice way to test for spark on this small of engine? If not any accurate alternative methods.

And if anyone has a schamatic for this model. I have one and it says the year model amd make but some of the wires are different colors.

All help is greatly appreciated. Trying to get this thing going and ain’t having much luck.

I just bought a .20 overbore piston kit for my predator. The cylinder has scratches from the rings wearing into the piston. There is a lil of the piston on the cylinder wal, will I need to get the cylinder honed .20 over or bored and replated?

My wheeler won’t start, it was running fine. I am getting fuel and spark but I found a crack in the exhaust pipe near the right foot rest. I assume that is the cause of my no start? Anybody experience this?

Also do you think the exhaust from a 2005 Sportsman 90 is the same as a 2005 Predator 90? They look the same….but the Polaris part numbers are different. (by 1 number)

my 03 predator was getting very hot 2 weeks ago, to the point it was burning threw my pants, so i went home, did a coolant flush, and replaced with water wetter and distilled water, well, i believe it made it worse, it feels 5x hotter now….did i not bleed the coolant system right? do these bikes normally run that hot? what can i do to fix this?

On my kids’ little Pred 50, the electric starter stopped working out of the blue last week- one minute it worked, the next minute it didn’t. It clicks but doesn’t turn the engine.

Naturally, I put the kick starter on it temporarily (which also confirms the motor isn’t locked up). This morning I had a chance to diagnose it. Battery fully charged (started another ATV with it just to be sure), I’m getting power to the starter when I press the button but all it does is make one click each time. OK, bad starter motor, probably, I think.

I yank the starter and to confirm it’s bad I key it again while it hangs in free air. To my surprise, it spins up like a demon. Install in the motor again, just a click once more.

I try to move the starter gear inside the motor with a screwdriver- it rocks back and forth slightly but I can’t get the motor to turn. Admittedly, there’s very little pressure I can put on the gear in this manner, so it’s not exactly a conclusive test.

I’m VERY concerned something has gone wrong with whatever gears and such are INSIDE the engine cover. And I have NO idea what’s in there or how to access it.

Do the starter gears in these motors have a history of grenading themselves or locking up? Do I buy a new starter and take my chances? Any way to test this further before I lay out cash on a starter I may not need?

I have a 2003 predator .if anyone has pictures of the wiring diagram next to the battery . I would like for you to send me some. And the thing runs good for about a half mile then starts popping and shuts off if anyone might no what that is
