I’ve been checking out the forums since December after I purchased a 2015 outty max xt 1000. A buddy at work saved me from getting a popo….I always liked the yellow/black anyways !!!! Been smiling ever since. I had a Suzuki king quad 300 …. What an upgrade!!!!:th_smiliethumbsup::yahoo:
I took way too long at joining this group. I’m riding a 2014 Outlander 500 max xt. Bought it over a year ago. Initially for plowing my driveway but has always had an interest. No upgrades except for an led lightbar, footpeg kit and mudguard kit. Mostly night rides, hence the need for a lightbar. Living in Newfoundland, Canada. Lucky enough, I can leave from my house without having to trailer the bike. I’ve been grazing the site in the past just never signed up. Way better to be a member!
Hi CAN FORUM world,
Recently sold my 800 Sportsman .. I know… POLARIS but it was a nice machine with the Mod’s I did to it. However, I bought my wife a 2015 SCRAMBLER 1000 and the 800 SPORTSMAN wasn’t much of a contender.
I raised the bar and purchased a 2012 RENEGADE XXC. Not new as one new machine is enough but this one is close enough to it for me with very low mileage/ hours.
Don’t get me wrong, the scrambler IS a nice machine to play with BUT……
I think I’m in love with the renegade! :yahoo:
Look forward to modifying this machine a little here and there….:tools1:
Hey guys and gals, I am an the new owner of a 2015 Can-Am outlander L 500. I bought the bike used with 38hrs on it and still has what’s left of the 5 year warranty. I’ve been debating on a new Foreman 500 for a while until I ran across the Outlander. The V-twin kinda appealed to me.
My name is Bob and I live in Northern Minnesota. I purchased a 2008 ds 90 in late Oct. of 2015. It was in a not running condition. This ATV was aquired for my grandkits enjoyment. I have since, with quite an investment, got it running with the help of this forum. I hope the kids get their use out of it!
Pulled the trigger on a 2015 Outlander 450L in October. First time owning an ATV, first time riding an ATV and first time sitting on an ATV! Mid-life crisis in full effect!
Since than I have added the Extreme Bumper system to the front end, as I have already kicked the crap out of the body panels. Got stuck real good-like and added a SuperWinch too.
Checking in.
To pick up my first ATV in 30 years. Started with on of the first ATVs on the market when I had a Suzuki LT250 Quadracer. About to pick up a new Outlander Max 800R DPS which I plan to accessorize myself. Should be fun.
Mostly for hunting but I’m sure the MRS. will want to tag along!
Have had many BRP products including a Maverick but always have preferred these XMR for the types of riding, hunting, exploring around here. I have put a sound bar on it, mounted the mount on the tank for my Monterra GPS and mounted the ski do gas can to the front as have a smaller box with a short shot gun in that. Thank you to everyone who contributes here it helps a lot.
