I believe that my new 2015 Foreman has a Cat built into the muffler behind the O2 sensor. (If someone knows I am wrong about the presence of a Cat in the OEM Honda muffler please let me know),,, I have decatted quite a few Harley Davidson exhaust systems with great success without any remap of the ECM as long as the intake system is left alone. The Harley ECM has limited ability to adjust fuel mixture and timing for the decreased back pressure in the exhaust up to a point. The advantage to doing this to a Harley is a huge decrease in heat in the Cat area & improve exhaust note, (sound),,,,
Has anybody tried this on these late model fuel injected models? I am interested in the outcome.

I’m brand new to the forums and I was wondering about a problem I have with my 2004 rancher 350! It idles perfect and randomly it’s like the kill switch is pushed and she just dies! Starts up again perfectly but it randomly shuts off! Electrical probs?just cleaned carb.feul/mixture screw set wrong?

Hey guys name is Joey, I just installed the 450r carb on my 2013 400x all stock but have a lonestar slip on exhaust from Motor Experts..anyways carb came with a 180 main and a 50 pilot started like perfectly turned the idle down and Rev fine was late so didn’t Rev it up to much or loud anyways I know someone on her has this jetting for these figured out i live in Illinois so I’m 5000 above sea level I think so any pointers on what jets to run would be great gonna run it on Sunday going to my buddies sprint car race tomorrow so can’t ride it tomorrow think the air mix screw is 2.5 turns out….oh and my air box has holes drilled in it and my stock carb was Jetted with dyno jets 170 for main and stock 38 anyways any input would be great going to install my GT thunder rear link now lol Thanks

I have a 2005,350 Rancher,bored to the last amount, I put on a HMF exhaust,changed the jet to 48,clutch kit from HL. Ran great for a month or two. Now all of a sudden it wants to cut out at about half throttle like a rev limiter makes one sound. Been through carb twice, New spark plug.
