Recon 250 Master Cylinder

I have installed a new master cylinder rebuild kit and bled the lines. Can not get any resistance on the brake handle. I noticed the circular rubber disc in the bottom of the fluid well had cuts in it. Is this suppose to have slits in it or is it bad. Can this be replaced by itself or do I need a complete new master?

My choke goes up by itself???

I ride a Honda 2007 Trx250ex and when I am riding a lot of times my choke goes up by itself even if the engine is red hot. It only goes up a little, but I dont know if that is bad for the quad. Is it normal for the quad? Please help out. Thanks! 🙂

400ex wont lift in 5th anymore

Hello, i recently rebuilt my 01 400ex this winter and changed a bunch of in the motor, including hot cam stage 2 and cp stock bore 11:1 piston,

I also installed front yfz450 shocks

I do know i have a bit more power than before, but am having more difficulty wheeliing in 5th gear than before, am wondering if the problem is in the motor or the fact that these shocks have lowerd my font end and arent as bouncy as the stock ex shocks, also i installed slightly richer main jet maybe this is the problem? Any ideas???

400ex what do you think the worth is

hello im just trying to get some good opinions on what you think my quad is worth i have had major problems before but everything is on order now

it is a 2001 400ex with a 440cc big bore kit it either a namura piston or Honda oem its has stock cam and a hevy duty cam chain and everything else is pretty much stock on the motor but i have a full big gun exhaust with a big gun rev cdi air holes cut in box and aftermarket oversized tusk handle bars the frame has been painted all black but the a-arms swing arm link handle bars motor side cases and top end and the exhaust and header pipe have all been painted red and i have 2 fans on the oil cooler they draw less then a amp each and have a on and off switch and the quad just looks badass ill post some pics below and please no hate comments just some constructive critism

trx350 centrifugal clutch one way bearing question?help please

ok so after having problems with my electric shift I ordered new parts stipped full thing down and I put it all back together however the centrifugal clutch with the one way bearing in it fell and the bearing all came apart I put it all back together again but instead of it only letting me turn it one direction it is totally solid and doesn’t let me turn any direction?????? is there a certain way that the one way clutch sprag bearing type things go back in ? have I done something wrong? I have stripped the full clutch down again just wondering if theres a knack to putting the bearing things back together on the sprag bearing thing?????????????????? any input would be great cheers ….

ohh and before anyone mentions it I did put the sprag clutch in the correct way up tried both ways actually just incase.
