I recently bought my wife an 01 rancher that needed some work and ive got it all fixed up and back in nice shape but the reverse wont work. I put a new cable on and it will not shift. I have read that the reverse switch on the bottom of the motor is the likely culprit but i cant find one anywhere. The digital dash is also busted i have one coming. All other gears are fine shifts up and down smooth just does nothing at all when you try for reverse. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Originally transmission would not shift in ESP or Manual. I performed all of the electrical test and found that the angle sensor was bad. Changed angle sensor and code and problem shifting went away. Went for a ride and used to pull a pull behind bushhog to perform some mowing. Now it will not shift in ESP and when in manual, RPM’s are high and bike not pulling like it should. Is the clutch toast?

I have a 04 350es 2×4 rancher that I put a 30 lb. dumbbell under the front for added weight, and it works great. I just purchased a 07 420es rancher 4×4. I installed a 2" lift along with 26" tires and the front end is pretty light. Of course being a 4×4, you don’t have room to hide any extra weight under the front end. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

ok I just got a used 350 es and was wondering if any one has any advise or tips for this unit, I am having a bit of trouble getting it into neutral with the shift buttons?

I just bought a 2015 Rancher and was going to by a 5′ x 10′ trailer to haul it. My truck is a 2013 Nissan Frontier 4×4 with the 6′ bed. I’m starting to toss around the idea of just hauling it in the bed of my truck and buy a tri-fold loading ramp. It will fit in the bed of the truck with the rear tire resting in the bed and not on the tail gate. Looking for suggestions…or advise from anyone who hauls their ATV with their Nissan 6′ bed.
