


Grizzly had been stalling when throttle was pushed.
Now starter goes – chi, chi, chi . . . chi . . . chi. And won’t start.
Put in a new spark plug, old one was black. Started once, idled about 3 minutes, stalled. Won’t start back up.
This is a barely used Grizzly, bought in March 2013, has about 20 hours on it.
Where do I start to work this out and fix?

What is supposed to go into that boot on the engine that I am pointing at?
Where does this piece go? It was in with the box of intake parts and it looks cut with a sawzall. Does it even go on this?

Also how is everybody’s rhino brand axle holding up. I took out 3 so far. First two I completely blamed myself as I was in diff lock with the wheels cut reversing but the third was no diff lock wheel going forward with wheels cut. However it was peanut butter mud so many my fault again. Anybody else have experience with these tire and axle combo.

Any opinion on well performing mud tire in a 28" size as I also dislike the power loss. No more wheelies or sports bike feel.
So do I use one of the three lines or do I use the tab that is on the inside, if it is one of the three then which one for TDC?
No pics that i can find anywhere… not my first valve job as i do them on my motorcycles… and those are easy…
I also do not have a sticker with the lash numbers, I am the original owner so I know I didn’t remove it. From what I gather they are the same as earlier models.
